Very clean location! I really enjoy the organization of this Goodwill...everything is easy to find, stacked and sorted nicely, and well cleaned. I have definitely been to other locations where this is not true. This Goodwill also tends to have a great selection, which means more hidden gems! Donations can be accepted here around the back, and it is super easy with a drive-up spot and bins to place your donations. They seriously make it very easy to donate your unused items.Don't miss the great book and media section in the front corner!

One of my favorite places to thrift! They always seem to have a good selection of items + have sales every day. I have been v encouraged to see them take the proper precautions re the virus and keeping their shoppers safe!

This Goodwill is very large compared to other ones I have visited. I'm not a frequent flyer at donation based chains but stopped in here to see if they might have some old donated blankets I could use for my dog. Sadly, no blankets but I was fairly amused and entertained by the spread of trinkets in the aisle. There are racks of clothes for each gender as well as children. There's some dated looking furniture that looked rather overpriced by my standards. Then there were shelves of shoes and other homeware. I would give this store a A grade based on their organization and tidiness, but C on products. I mean, I know it's a secondhand shop but sometimes you can find some really great things. This one seems just OK to me.

This is the best thrift store near Crossroads. It's also the only thrift store near Crossroads. That said, this is the Goodwill that I frequent the most since they relocated their HQ store from Field Club to N. 72nd Street. As far as thrift stores go, Goodwill has really upped the game by offering a clean and modern shopping experience at nearly all of their many locations. Well as clean and modern in the sense that the store isn't overcrowded, they have new cash registers and good lighting to showcase all the, well, "junk" people have donated. When searching for mens clothes, I've noticed this location gets picked over fairly often, so you can stop by each week and maybe find something worth buying. Their prices seem a little high for selling donated goods, but you can't beat the daily $1 tag sales.

I love shopping, basically all types of shopping, but I sometimes get in the mood to do shopping at Goodwill specifically! If I have a free day with nothing planned, I may take it upon myself to go to as many Goodwill's as I can just to look and see what they have in store! This Goodwill here on 78th and Dodge is just one on my list of go to places! What I like best about this Goodwill is not only the selection of awesome finds, but also the cleanliness of the store. It is very nice and organized and does not smell like moth balls or something to that effect! Customer service here is also very good! If I ever need any help, there is always someone there to help me! I will definitely come here again, especially if I feel the need to go to Goodwill!!

I've always been a "fan" of this Goodwill since they opened a few years back. On the occasions I've been there, I've found it to be neat and well organized. Also this location seems more spacious (less claustrophobic) and well lit than some of the others with decent sized dressing rooms. They have a large selection of books, glassware, kitchen goods, shoes, purses and some furniture. Most things, including clothes, are organized by color or season (ie: Christmas). On this most recent visit, I found a really cute brand new red leather purse for only $3.99. My sister found Halloween costumes for all 3 of her kids for just $15.00. The selection was good but I suspect the earlier the better this time of year.

Clean, well organized for a thrift store except for two things. 1) Their shoe section can be inscrutable. 2) They organize denim jeans not by waist size but as S, M, L XL and so on. Which means a size 32 (my size) is mixed haphazardly into M and L. Why do they do this? Annoying.

We arrived at 5:10 on New Year's Eve, the website said they closed at 6pm. They were loading a truck with a couch and said they were closed. We asked if we could drop our stuff off while we were already there and they said no though the doors were wide open with lots of employees gathered together. No one was wearing a mask during COVID.
