I am reducing the rating of Goodcents. The first reason is that I really don't like their new rewards system. I don't know why they changed it. The old rewards system was simple. With each purchase, you earned a balance that you could either save or use with each visit, and it wasn't a convoluted point system. An employee would tell you that you have a balance of (Insert dollar cents amount) and that was it. It was kind of like earning cash back on a credit card. The new system is unnecessarily complicated in comparison. I also don't like the new beverage machine they installed at this location. The old machine had a touch screen with many different flavors. Take a look at my pictures to see what I am talking about. Switching to a machine with limited choices is a downgrade! Boo! Also, a small irritation, the last time I was there. I clearly said I wanted a 12" inch sandwich. I was handed, and charged for, an 8" sandwich. The guy who prepared my sandwich looked like he had a rough day, but it's important to pay attention. He could have avoided this mistake if he repeated what he thought he heard before preparing it.

Good food and friendly service. My friend and I stopped by for a light dinner the other day. It had been awhile since I'd been to a Goodcents location but I always enjoy their sandwiches. The guy that helped us was so friendly and we really appreciated that. We stayed and chatted for a long time since it wasn't busy. I'm sure that we'll definitely be back again sometime! :)

Adding to the the poor and dysfunctional drive service. Don't know if it's the communication from the kiosk order or lack of interest, but no acknowledgment at the window for 12 minutes.Manager blamed it on a toaster. That didn't preclude one of 5 staff working from at least coming to the window. Manager refused to refund immediately. If you're the franchise owner - your investment is at risk.

I've ordered individual meals in line and through the drive through and I've ordered for our entire office utilizing the online order and found the food and service to be great! I'm not sure of what growing pains they may have initially experience, but I'm 100% satisfied with my recent experiences both with the food and service. In fact I have a meeting this Tuesday they will be catering for.

Visited this location today, it's my favorite one, and I'm glad they added one in the northeast district. My only reason I'm writing this is because I ordered the chicken Alfredo, which I've had before and the chicken is different. I could've sworn it used to be a grilled chicken breast sliced on top, but today was not the case. It was a shredded chicken that didn't taste all that great. Probably won't get again with chicken.

Went to Mr Goodcents because I wanted to support a local business. Went through the drive thru and wanted something to drink with my meal. It was 9 PM and I really didn't want pop this late. Ordered a cookie with my meal and really wanted milk instead but it wasn't an option so I had to order a lemonade. I paid as fast as I could and tried to rush to the window to sub a milk. Kid that met me at the window said no problem and then came back and said his manager wouldn't let him. Manager came to the window and wouldn't change mind. Won't be back over probably a quarter.
