Good Life Fitness

My family and I were in town for vacation and this gym was fantastic! The girl at the front desk was friendly and the equipment inside was everything I needed. I'd highly recommend if you move to the area or are visiting! I'll be back for sure!

I've managed two gym chains in two other states before moving to Lincoln. Good Life has everything I want in a gym. It's clean, there's more than enough equipment, and the staff is friendly and reasonable, and the rates are completely reasonable for a gym this size. Pausing my membership when I was swamped with school was a breeze, as was re-starting - A lot of people complain about fighting over finances and checking accounts with gym chains. I've been on both sides of that table. This has NEVER been a problem for me at Good Life. There are a lot of dedicated lifters working out here, but the environment would still be welcoming enough for a newbie lifter. No intimidation, but loads of motivation!

Active member for four years running. Can't beat GLF. The East location was built fresh a couple years ago but if you live on the west end of town that location is great as well. One membership fee gives you access to both locations. I've done everything this gym has to offer. Group fitness including kickboxing classes are part of the basic monthly fee. Adding boot camps to your membership will raise the price considerably and they are as challenging as you want them to be (effort=results, as with any fitness program).

Poor customer service. I was paying my gym membership on time for 6 months, three of those months I wasn't even going. I finally decided to go back only to find out this month my payment didn't go through because I was issued a new chip card at my bank because it's the new standard for banking. I tried to explain this but I was still charged an extra 20 dollars. I find this practice to be greedy and distasteful especially by an industry that collects money from you when you're not even going. So I gave it one star, I've taken a course and customer service and this qualifies as crap, thanks for reading.

Beat gym in town! Great workers and they are constantly upgrading the equipment. Definitely would suggest if you are thinking about joining this gym!

I wish I could give a zero. Went in and asked to cancel membership 3 months ago and left happily. Found out today that they just suspended my account and have been billing me monthly for the past 3 months. The horrible company didn't work with me or even help in any way whatsoever. All they said was to file an appeal. Horrible company to do business with.

Very disappointed in GLF burning the bridge on the way out of the temporary door. Ice been a member for many years but had torelocate out of state for work for the time being. I called to cancel my membership for the time being and GLF said the only way they will cancel it is if I drive 12 hours back to do so in person. Bad business practice that cost a permanent membership to milk an extra month payment. Shows they care about money over relationships.

the place has been open for 7 years, has somehow been rated the best gym in Lincoln most of those, and yet they havent made any significant expansions in those 7 years to accommodate the number of members they've got, they just keep adding unnecessary equipment to an already over crowded space. Not to mention that with all the equipment theyve added in 7 years, they've only got one complete cable system. They had better do something major soon, because when vasa opens up, they're gonna lose a lot of memberss

I have gone to goodlife for 5 years. I have loved it, it has been the only gym I go to regularly. I have gone To both locations regularly and truly enjoyed the gym. BUT. Recently over the past few years it seems like they don't enforce gym rules, or dress code. The gym is packed wall to wall and nothing is ever available. More recently... while the gym was packed like the rail yard on game day. 6-8 employees came out to join the crowd to do a "promotional photo shoot" taking up tones of space, blocking pathways, taking up machines when people who pay for a membership were trying to workout. It has really gone downhill and I am so disappointed by this. Being number one in town is great, but not if the gym is packed all day.

Came in for the day to get a workout in and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Bailey at the front desk who was extremely courteous and helpful. Great facility
