Had an excellent experience here today! Just walked in on a Saturday afternoon with two broken earrings and they were able to fix them on the spot in a couple of minutes! Wonderful experience all around, would not hesitate to recommend to friends/family!

They fixed my wedding band that had been cracked for years and they didn't just solder it together like it had been before they did it the right way by adding gold. They cleaned my ring and my grandmas ring, oh I didn't know it could sparkle so brightly. Very very nice people to chat with, very knowledgeable and prices are very reasonable. I will keep going back!!

I love this place. Their jewelry is gorgeous, for one. Even if you're not looking for anything specific, stop in and look at all the custom pieces on display, it's basically impossible not to be inspired.They have a shop cat! Copper is an old man, but he is the sweetest ginger kitty ever. He likes to knock over the trash can in the shop, it's his signature move.I took an earring that belonged to my grandmother to Goldsmith Silversmith, along with some other gold jewelry my parents had gifted me over the years. I wanted to have them all made into a ring, so I could consolidate all these meaningful pieces, and make something wearable out of a lone hoop earring, the mate of which had long been lost to the Finnish woods. Goldsmith Silversmith understood what I was going for, and did an amazing job creating my ring. They kept me posted every step of the way, and even offered to have me approve the wax cast for the inner ring that my gold would be melted into, even though it wouldn't be visible at all as it would be covered by the earring. The process didn't take long at all, considering all the steps involved. Start to finish only a month or so. The end result is truly some precious metal to me, and I am proud to wear it every day.

We needed new wedding bands and stopped in to see Elizabeth. She was patient and very helpful with us. Willing to RE-size and clean our new rings as needed in the future. Say Hi to the kitty too. Will be back!

We shopped around and Goldsmith Silversmith had the best prices for a ring sizing and prong repair, by quite a bit. So much so that they are worth the drive wherever you're located, in my opinion. My ring looks amazing again! Bonus: They have a cute business kitty.

Took my fathers world war 2 pilots ring in to have a dent (that had been there for decades) removed. Not only did they repair it like new, they polished it so it shone like new. Did it while I explored the Old Market. They didnt charge me. I was thrilled, my son who now proudly wears it, was thrilled. I will do all my jewelry shopping here from now on. Cant recommend enough.

I took my wife's ring here to be resized and have a prong fixed. I called multiple places about it getting it resized because it's made of Palladium. I guess not every jewelry shop knows how to work with this metal. This place did, they have you drop it off and get your size, then they text you with a pic of what you brought and the drop off receipt. It was completed in the time frame they advised at a reasonable cost. They also have a great men's ring selection.

I brought my daughter's sorority pin into for repair (it was dropped in a parking lot and someone stepped on it). The clasp would not work and she needed it this evening for her final meeting (graduating senior). The customer service is amazing they could fix it while I waited and their adorable cat kept me company, which helped me relax! So friendly and professional! I will definitely be a return customer! 2 out of towners looking for a new watch band and a replacement watch battery - we hit the jackpot!!! 1. we loved the cat. 2. we loved the people working there. The watch battery was textbook for an off brand and very tiny watch-face. reasonably priced and very quik service. The new/ replacement watchband task was OUTSTANDING service and price point! This watch was at least 50 years old and we were very picky on what we wanted. the inventory to pick from was very fun and when the first pick did not work out, the second one was better and they did not charge us. what's not too like? our next trip to Omaha will stop to say Hi!!!
