We are loyal goldfish swim school enthusiasts and have come every week for almost two years! Sam and Dylan are our favorite instructors and have done an awesome job teaching our son to swim! The whole family likes coming to watch his lessons. They have a great facility and nice setup all around for families.

Have been 10+ times and every time is a great experience, regardless of which swim instructor is leading the class. Our favorite though is Sam.

Super easy from start to finish! We were able to create an account online and sign-up right away. The class schedules are posted online, which makes it easy to choose what works best for your needs. The location is easy to find and has plenty of parking. The staff are super friendly and swim instructors are amazing with the kids!!! They are so patient and caring. You can tell they enjoy what they do. At the end of each session they let you know the strengths and weaknesses of the student tell you want needs to be worked on.

My kids love swim lessons here! The instructors are very engaging and the class sizes are small. I have also been impressed with all the measures they've taken to make this safer during a pandemic.

I thought this place was great but after three months of lessons and some interactions with the staff, my mind has completely changed. The curriculum did not change ONCE in the several months that we attended. After the third week, I could have easily started teaching the class myself. I assumed they'd switch it up or advance it eventually, but that never happened. The instructors never touched or interacted with the kids. They sang a song and told us what to do with our child while they stood there looking around aimlessly. They have you hold your child the whole duration of the class. Will my child ever be comfortable in the water without me holding her? Not something I want to instill, or find out. The staff member I dealt with had zero concern or empathy regarding any matter that I had brought to her attention during my time there. If you want to cancel because you're unsatisfied, they don't care or want to know more about why, they just demand you pay for another months worth of lessons. High prices and continue to raise them. I did find a new swim school that actually interacts with the kids in my daughters class and teaches different curriculum each week. The kids were even taught how to back float on their own. I never knew how behind my child was attending goldfish school.

Nobody bothered to call back, so there it is. I have been busy now that two months had passed. So yes, that's how much they care about their customers

We have really appreciated the customized service we have gotten at Goldfish. Our kids absolutely love swimming there! Julie has been awesome with scheduling and never makes me feel like a nuisance when trying to find the right classes and times for our kids. We tried out several area swim schools and Goldfish surpasses them all. The facilities being newer are very clean and kept up well which is important to me. Try them out! You won't regret it!

Absolutely love this swim school. Very kid friendly. We've tried 2 other swim programs at the YMCA and at a local high school and my children never felt comfortable going. They would always throw massive fits, they just weren't toddler friendly. I was highly disappointed in the YMCA and the local high school swim programs because the staff seemed under trained and they just weren't as focused on safety as Goldfish swim school seems to be. They didn't have a very inviting feel either which Goldfish does. The moment we walked into the building my kids said "woah...so cool! Mom can we swim here!?" At Goldfish, the pool is heated to a comfortable 90 degrees, there's a snack stand (to include healthy snacks!), Hair drying stations, multiple bathrooms and changing areas, two diaper changing stations (lifesaver!) with wipes and diapers provided for free, swimsuit drying stations, free balloons, stickers/tattoos, great merchandise (we forgot a swim diaper so we were able to purchase one there on the spot), etc. The staff is AMAZING!!! Everyone is so kind and accommodating. We've changed our swim time probably 5 times and never have they gotten frustrated. The lifeguards and swim instructors are very attentive and are so great with the kids. The facility is very clean and I love being able to sit behind a glass wall and watch my kids instead of being in the way or distracting them from their lessons by being in the same space as them. I would recommend this swim school to anybody looking for quality swim instruction for their kiddos in which safety is a number one priority.

My grandson enrolled at Goldfish last June, and has been taking weekly lessons since. I've been struggling with the age/experience of the swim instructors (some instructors don't even look like they're in high school yet) for a few months now, but have been trying to be patient due to the difficulties everyone is having trying to find employees. But today we arrived for my grandson's swim lesson and his female instructor had a swim suit on that did not cover her butt at all - her suit bottom was literally and COMPLETELY in the crack of her butt, fully exposing both cheeks, as well as her pubic hair when she bent over with her butt facing the windows for the seating area. Simply NOT okay for a swim class for small children! When I spoke to the general manager, he immediately knew who I was talking about without asking. He said he knew it looked like a thong, but it was actually a regular bathing suit bottom, and was just so small it looked like a thong. Oh, my mistake! Her wearing a bottom that is so small it exposes her is so much better than just wearing an actual thong while instructing children! He stated since it was a "regular" swim bottom, it was within their employee dress code even though it didn't cover her privates. I couldn't believe how rude he was talking to me, and I cannot believe this is considered appropriate in a setting that's restricted to children under the age of 12. I ended up immediately canceling our membership at Goldfish, as this is not the type of environment that I would call child friendly! Beware what your children may be exposed to while in this facility.
