Golden Rule Contractors

I appreciate doing business with Matt at Golden Rule. He returns my calls and gets the estimates to me quickly. I have used his services as needed to complete a real estate transaction, and he understands the work needs to be completed quickly, so that the appraiser can get back out to verify the job is complete, and gets me an invoice to send to the title company, so he can paid at closing. He and his staff get the job done quickly, pick up the nails, and leave the site neat and tidy. He does good work at affordable prices, and my clients appreciate his timeliness & quality of workmanship.

Got my roof replaced by a competitor less than 5 years ago. When we had severe cold and snow at the beginning of the year, I noticed leaks in my bedrooms ceiling. Before we started the repairs, I needed to know if the roof needed to be fixed, so I called Matt. He came out to check on it. Luckily, we didn't have to do anything as the leaks were caused by an ice dam, but I really appreciated Matt's honesty, professionalism and willingness to find time in his busy schedule for us. Matt and the contractors were wonderful to work with. Very relaxed situation and no pressure sale. Price was very fair and I was aware of each step of the process. They did a great job in work and customer service and made sure to clean up when they left. I have a very old house with original siding so they made me feel comfortable and aware of what my money was going to and how I wanted the final product to look.
