A bit of a hole in the wall kinda place, with amazing food.If you find yourself in Bellevue NE, give this place a try. Open Tuesday through Sunday 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and serving both dine in and a very steady take out business.The Hot and Sour soup is to die for, the chicken and pork dishes are always very on point .The wait staff, usually a bunch of teenagers, who are definitely not typical teenage workers of today, actually doing an amazing job at taking care of their customers. I have not seen customer service like this in a long time. Kudos to management for showing these kids how to do things right! Our server Daniel, really went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly to our liking. Well done! It's the reasons I posted here why I would go back time and time again.

Food came out hot and incredibly delicious! The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. Not a lot of decor on the walls, very minimalist, but you don't need decor when the food tasted as good as it does! I ordered the shrimp fried rice, wife got peanut butter chicken one sliced and one regular, and the kids got orange chicken.

Had craving for Chinese food on Christmas Eve and had made rare visit to Bellevue, so ordered takeout from Golden Bowl.Best of our dishes: shrimp fried rice. Just what I was expecting. Nicely flavored.Chicken in hot garlic sauce was peppery. A little bit more carrot influenced than I would have preferred.Egg drop soup was disappointing. Gelatinous. Disliked.Takeout service was fast and friendly.

I really wanted to love this place. I'm giving two of the stars on customer service alone. The lovely man who served me was so nice and helped me with the menu. The egg roll was a solid 4 and so was the wonton soup. For my entre, I ordered garlic chicken. The sauce was way too sweet and salty and the chicken tasted as if it had been cooked, frozen and rethawed again. Not pleasant at all. I'm not sure if I'll come here again.

I tried the Michael's Special (secret menu item) from here and it was amazing! Sweet and tangy teriyaki-like sauce with a spicy kick to it. The chicken is tender and juicy. I like the special vegetables in it like the zucchini and string beans. If you decide to stop by here, try this and you will definitely like it. The service was quick and my server was very friendly. I also had egg rolls and pot stickers and those appetizers were fresh too. This is a great Chinese spot in Bellevue!

Family portion could barely feed two people. The service was good and the food tasted pretty good. Just be warned that the "family" size is not enough for a family and you should order more food just in case. I wish I checked the portion size before leaving a 20%+ tip.

Golden Bowl Bellevue, NE 3\12\2024We have ordered from them since they came to Bellevue.In fact I think it was about every week. We are now ordering once every 3-4 months. Tonight's meal will be our last!Since they have opened a new place out west this one has gone down hill. The meals are poorly cooked ,rice is sticky like it's over cooked or old!Things. Don't taste like they did when they first opened.Valued customer no more.
