A manicure should be relaxing, not painful! $29 for a fill. Yeah
Acrylics were a mess. Not impressed.

Good service! Even better job with the paint job both for pedicure and shellac manicure. I'm very pleased with the results. The price was quite reasonable! This might be my spot!!

I came here cause my usual place was closed today and I'm so glad. chose the mid-level "Luxury Pedicure" for $25 and it was incredible. Multiple scrubs, extensive exfoliation, hot stone/oil, lotion, and hot towels. I think my legs and feet were rubbed for nearly 45 minutes :) when all was said and done. They have cheaper and more expensive options, but this was the perfect combination of price and pampering. Plus the ladies were so sweet and wonderful! I will definitely be back.

I receive pedicures on a regular basis...sometimes twice a month. This was my first pedicure at this place and it was fabulous. I'm very particular on my pedicures. I like to have a clean area, hot water, quality supplies and not a crazy noisy place. This place exceeded my expectations! I received a very relaxing leg massage that left me in la-la land! Jenny did some fabulous nail art on my big toe like it was no big deal. If you like a step above pedi, stop here-you won't be disappointed! I'll be back for sure!

The work was good but my experience was not. The nail tech was unfriendly and I felt man-handled throughout. She painfully kept digging her nails into me and roughly grabbing, shaking and putting down my hand. No lotion or hand massage and she charged me an extra $3 to round my nails. Normally that is a part of the acrylic process and if there are extra charges you are informed prior to them performing. Disappointed with my experience.

Needless to say...WORST.NAIL.EXPERIENCE.EVER. I made an appointment with a friend for a nice 'treat yo self' mommy Friday. I got in and said I am here for an appointment for a pedicure and a full set and showed the lady a picture of what I wanted. (shown below as image 1). She said ok we do dip and sat me down. As she is doing my nails, THE ENTIRE TIME, she is also on her phone. Texting, talking and paying absolutely no idea to what she is doing. At one point she even gets up to do something, comes back and almost forgets to dip 2 of fingers. I have to tell her she didn't do the fingers and she proceeded to give me attitude about it like it was my fault. Strike 1. Then she continues to go on and do my nails without any attempt to have a conversation because...dun dun dun...she is STILL of her damn phone. Now as you can see from image 1 the look I wanted was a matt finish blue with some fall flowers, very pretty. So we are getting towards the end of this and she even asks to see the picture again to see the flowers. She does the design, puts on the topcoat, sets me under the lamp and then goes to get the pedicure chair ready. She comes back and asks me to move to the chair and I look at my nails and they ARE NOT MATTE. I comment about it and she ignores me until my friend reminds her about the matte top. I sit back down, she has to fill the finish off and then put 1 coat of matte on top, very badly, and not I am finished. Now if she was paying attention and not on her phone she would have maybe caught she was not doing what was needed. Strike 2. Now I go to sit down for my pedicure. First, she does not adequately scrape the bottom of my feet as there was still dead skin on the bottom when I was done and as for the massage. I think all women can agree that the massage is the best part. When during the massage part the ladies PERSONAL phone rings. She gets up after maybe a minute of massaging, answers her phone, talks and laughs a few minutes and then comes back and DOES NOT continue the massage. What in the absolute - F***. Strike 3. I pay, I leave and I go home. Two hours down the road I am sitting at home and go to itch my leg and noticed a drag from my nail. I look down and the matte finish is coming off. You can imagine my disappointment at this point. Now it's an hour until I have to pick up my kids so I say I will put it off until tomorrow to go back in. Saturday morning comes, I get my kids up and ready and head back to the salon. (granted I live in Airpark so it's not a quick trip) I go in and show them what is happening and ask them to fix it. UNFORTUNATELY the same girls asks me to sit down and she goes searching for the top matte finish. She searches, searches and searches and cannot find it. She then had the nerve to come back to me and say the other ladies say the matte doesn't work on dip and all she can do is give me a shiny coat. Strike f'n 4. You told me to do dip, you told me it would work and now I am stuck paying for something I absolutely do not like. I allowed her to put on a shiny coat because it was better than walking around with half matte on my nails. However, after filing my nails AGAIN and outing on the shiny coat, I am left with a bad top finish that doesn't look professional at all. I will never go back to the place again.

Stopped here because of the good reviews. Wish that I hadn't. There were only about 3 to 4 customers, but during the time I was there, the gentleman who seemed to be in charge asked several customers to come back later because he was so busy. He called regulars by name, and they seemed to have good rapport. Staff was very nice but the person who I was sat with seemed to not know how to do nails. She filed the tops of my nails until my nailbeds were raw and my nails look worse than they did when I showed up. She applied the acrylic very thickly and even after I asked her to thin it out, it still looks like I have bubbles on top of my nails. I will not be going back to this establishment.

I tried this place out for the first time for a shellac manicure. While I was there, the employees were very kind and I enjoyed chatting with them. Sadly, two days later my nails started to chip. Due to my work schedule, I was not able to stop back in until 3 days later. I called and asked if I could stop in to have my nails fixed since they were peeling so early and were supposed to last two weeks. They said yes. When I stopped in, the nail tech did a great job but at the end she said that I owed full price for a new manicure, even though I was in there to have my previous one fixed since it was of poor quality. I was not pleased that I was expected to pay full price. They ended up giving me a $5 discount, but at other nails salons I have been to, they have given me a free fix if the mistake was on their end.
