Kirk said he could fix our son's broken screen Amazon tablet. Two months later, after handfuls of excuses of parts being wrong, him being out of town, etc, we took the tablet back and he said once the parts refund came in to him, he'd paypal us our refund. Months later, nothing, he's feeding us a line of B.S. that he's waiting for paypal to process the transaction. Paypal is instant, I use it daily, there is no waiting to process anything... He's basically telling us the "check is in the mail"I used to trust this place, but it's unreliable and feels like a scam now.

This guy ripped my daughter off saying he could repair screen on her iPhone. He put on a screen that didn't work, messed up the home button and would not refund her money. He kept the phone for almost a week saying he was researching the problem but I said he couldn't figure it out and that she was out of luck. Scammer!!

BIG SCAMMER!!!! I would give this place zero stars if i could! In early December I took my tablet screen to gear up electronics to be fixed and was promised and reassured that it would be fixed by December 26. This was an important condition for me because I was moving out of state on the 27th. The 24th and 25th roll around and I still haven't heard anything. I was told I'd be contacted, so I call and apparently the screen Kirk ordered came in cracked and he had sent it back and ordered a new one without telling me any of this. Now he knew he wouldn't have it done by the 26 and still hadn't told me. I then tried to get a refund but was told he had to receive the money from the vender first. Months go by and I keep calling messaging and he either ignores my calls and messages or makes up another excuse. So now 5 months later he still has not refunded me and is telling me I can't have my money back. Meaning he just STOLE almost $300 from me! Please don't make same mistake as me and trust this guy. He now ran out of excuses and is just refusing to give me my money back.

Don't trust the monkeys to repair a computer, they obviously don't know the basics of diagnosing a computer.My friend brought his PC to them when it stopped putting out display but the fans and lights were still running.They convinced him he needed a new graphics card and so he paid for that to be replaced, then it still didn't work they said it was the motherboard and still didn't work, then they said it was the processor and guess what it still didn't work. At that point they told him it was the ram and that was when he brought it to me, it took me less than 5 minutes from putting it on my work bench to having it running using basic diagnostic techniques. They got him for hundreds of dollars all because they couldn't figure out that the reset switch was faulty and causing the PC to be unable to boot and stay booted up.And to top it all off they lost the IO shield for his old motherboard too and said it didn't have one when it came in.I really wish it was possible to give negative stars and or grade on categories because they demonstrated lack of knowledge of basic diagnostic techniques, lack of care for the customer, lack of responsibility for customers property and that they were only interested in milking every last dollar they could out of the customer.And no this isn't the first time I've easily repaired a PC that they couldn't and I'm sure it won't be the last if they continue pretending they know what they are doing, maybe they should watch some YouTube videos on how to diagnose computers before continuing to tell people they can do it.

Had a device here for 3 weeks that he kept putting off. I called atleast 4 times over the 3 weeks and was told I'd be contacted back a min of 3 times. Never found answers or resolution. Terrible communication skills and poor service

this place is very strait shooting, and they are as cheap or cheaper priced than most of the others. the tech./owner has always given me honest info when I take my computer in for repair estimate. he also pointed out some good recommendations for needed anti malware.
