Very professional. Very honest. Very trustworthy to their word. You can't speak highly enough of a shop that would tell you that the car you want pre-purchase inspected is not in their usual wheelhouse and recommend a shop with that expertise elsewhere. Kudos and much appreciation to this business for such resounding honesty!

As life can go, I found myself at nearly 70, a single Marine veteran needing a replacement reliable vehicle on an ugly budget. My clock is ticking faster than young folks and I really wanted something roomy and comfortable for a large 6' 1" good eater and outdoor chef, handyman, hobbyist, for what is almost certain to be my last vehicle. But....... that budget.To come to the point - I went to Gateway on the opposite end of town from me, to look at another vehicle that ended up not being a good match for me, but, next to it was a Honda Pilot, little older, with some miles. Vehicle had some moderate work done yet, Ben offered this information without my even asking. Try getting THAT somewhere else!!! Perfect vehicle for my needs. Love it!Now it's time to talk money and I meet Ben, the co-owner and main sales force. The vehicle seemed to need a couple minor things to help make me comfortable with the purchase, and these were done, WITH a LOANER car, thanks to Ben. Dave at the front counter is Ben's right hand man, and very capable. Every employee I bumped into or interacted with at Gateway was at minimum professional, and as I understand it they are all ASE certified! Between them all, the agreed minor repairs were completed, my full smile installed, deal struck. A good deal.In closing, now many hundreds of miles later, my vehicle is running and behaving perfectly. I bought this at a fair price and Dave and Ben did what they said they would do, and did so respectfully and promptly. They handed me information NO used car seller would ever do, and kept their promises.I would not recommend anyone buy a used vehicle before looking at what Gateway has to offer. I never thought you could actually trust a used car sales operation, but, I was wrong.Semper Fi

They always do an outstanding job. Always honest. The waiting room is comfortable and free WiFi. Been going there for over 5 years and We only trust our vehicles with them. I love that they even have courtesy vehicles.

Bad service and Good service. Helped me with a Dent. Took for ever to get to my car to get a dent out of my fender. But very good service. My car look brand new. Also a very good Value.

I remember a time my dad took me to a gas / service all in one family owned business. It was a place you could trust, and I'd get a candy bar.Now being an old guy, I tried Gateway Auto after the family owned dealership was purchased by a corporate house that collects wood .I would highly recommend this place...it exhibits honestly from the past, excellent service for your car when you need it with no upscale.As for cost....it won't put a dent in billfold....did I mention just like the old service stations they sell tires that beats any "drive out package."Remember the " trust the man who wears a star," Gateway Auto is the sequel to that Texaco Station. When you car or truck needs service...go here...your car will be glad you did.

took more than a day to do ANYTHING. They were not helpful at all, they also were way too expensive. Their service was very bad. 0/10

This has been the easiest car shop ever to deal with. I took it in for a quote, they reached out to the other persons insurance (who would next to never answer phone calls or emails), and kept in touch with me with any updates. They also cleaned my floor mats and made sure the outside was clean. 10/10 recommend. I came here from the reviews and glad I stayed!

I brought in my car for suspension work. I was able to get a relatively quick appointment, the communication was absolutely amazing, and I thought the price was fair. My point of contact was friendly and explained everything to me. Also, they have a shop cat! I'll definitely be bringing my car here from now on.

I was traveling to Omaha for a baseball tournament and my starter went out. Gateway did an amazing job to get the car done before they left for the weekend. Howard @ Gateway's communications were stellar. Highly recommend Gateway!
