They just want their money. I thought I was paying in advance when I showed up for a procedure that is automatically covered every 5 years through my insurance. They ran my card through two different payment sources so that everyone could get their cut of the pie. I got a bill months later because the original cost was an "estimate." What a crock! Well, I was already ticked off when my insurance didn't cover it because it was inside 5 years and when I made the comment to this money grabbing BS office that, "maybe I should just wait until 5 years so that my insurance covers it vs. the 3 years that was recommended," the woman on the phone told me that was ill advised. Well, now these snakes are paid in full and I will be waiting a full 5 years before my next reaming. Ugh...I don't know how these people sleep at night.

Honestly the doctors there are amazing. No complaints, but the way their billing and insurance is set up is a absolute nightmare, no wonder they literally disclaim that insurance can claim different quotes as soon as their phone line answers.Honestly this is one of the most uncomfortable refunds I've had to experience with a company. I've called back and forth between my insurance and this place for two months in attempts to get a refund back. I can wrap my head around it being stressful to be in the insurance world, but the reps they have are meant to be there to help the customers when in need. I was calm in the beginning and understanding but after weeks of the same promise and being told this and that.. How could one not get a little upset?what sucks is I was told I'd be helped, I wasn't helped, I was basically put on the burner in hopes that I'd forget and stop trying to get my refund. Now I am waiting apparently for another week until my refund is processed and sent to my house. LETS SEE IF THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENS.

Many moons ago, Dr. Richard Stitcher misdiagnosed me. I was vomiting profusely over 50 times a day for months without merit. He diagnosed me as having 'spontaneous bulimia' and kicked me out to go my merry way. Nothing could have been further from the truth. It was undocumented side effects of a prescription sleep aid that destroyed my LES muscle at the top of my stomach and gave me hundreds of micro ulcers. I had to travel to Mayo to get a second opinion and actually find someone that cared. If he had just bothered to shove a camera down there, he would have seen that and saved me six months of additional agony. Sir, you are a horrible doctor, and I hope you do not misdiagnose others in this manner. Just remember - just because a patient doesn't come back, it doesn't mean they're cured. It sometimes means that they're disgusted with you and found someone else who was actually willing to help.

Procedure was painless. As they say, the prep was rough. Care of nurses was great. Problem was that three months later I was diagnosed with anal cancer that they should have found with a colonoscopy.

The procedure was painless and easy. It's the night before that's awful. The nurses were great. Very calm and helpful. The doctor came in to chat before the procedure. It takes only about 5 seconds for the anesthetic to work. And waking up is easy, too. I felt great! They have you rest a bit, drink fluids and dress, then escort you out to your ride home. It was a good experience.

I see Dr. Wells. He is friendly and answers my questions if I have any. I have acid reflux, and chronic constipation and gives me medicine for both. Couldn't ask for a better Gastroenterologist than Dr. Wells! Highly recommend him!

Sad to say the billing office chased me away. High praise for the clinical staff and the doctors are top notch. I went there for a preventative screening. After many calls and explanations, I was assured by the nursing staff I had no outstanding balance to pay. Almost 2 years later I get an invoice. When I called about it the only clear explanation I heard was they put in a new data system and it went back 5 years to find unpaid accounts. Somehow my account showed as unpaid despite assurances (almost 2 years prior) from the nursing staff and billing office that my account was paid in full. I attempted to speak with the CEO, Nate Kreifels as well as the COO, Penny Williams but they refused to talk to me and had "Lisa" call me with empty apologies. Too bad the medical staff are getting a bad reputation based on the front office's actions. I suggest finding another provider.

Terrible. First you have to wait almost two months just to get an office appointment. Then they canceled it about three hours before the appointment and told me that I had to wait almost two more months to get in. And they rarely answer their phones. I had to try six times before they would even answer. Their system just puts you on hold and then hangs up on you after you've waited for fifteen minutes. And when I finally did get through I complained about it to the lady who answered and she laughed at me. They are just a total disaster of an office and they don't care at all about their patients.
