coming here is always a good experience, there's a very nice kinda quiet girl who always perfectly packs up whatever i or my friends need, she's so helpful and awesome, there's also a masc presenting person who obviously genuinely cares abt what you need to buy and i wish i knew both their names!!! lol i'm the type who always forgets to ask but basically the employees here are so genuinely good to work with and it's always a pleasure to see them!! I like this store for the employees and the energy inside. I go there semi-regularly for cigarettes in addition to glassware. The owner and managers of the stores are really good, too.

This is the worst place ever! I'm not sure as to why when I told them I had just moved here from California and I was trying to see what kind of cbd oil they sale they asked me to leave ???I didn't know California was illegal to say, but then I spoke with the manager and he said some crap about I said something that goes against the Nebraska law. I don't know who owns this place and I don't know how they're still open for business because they're rude and have a lack of respect towards their customers. They ask you to leave for anything you say without explaining to you why it can't be said. I asked plenty of times why do I have to leave for just asking a question I was trying to just buy some oil and he gave me a dumb look and said I'll have to ask you to leave. Never will I go back and I will make sure to spread the word as to how stupid this place operates! If you can't say anything then it needs to be posted at the door because,I felt like anything you say would get you put out!! I've never felt so discriminated against in my life!!!

I went into the omaha store to buy rolling papers. The register attendant rang me up and asked if I needed any pipes or anything. I responded "No thanks, i don't need any paraphernalia today" . At this point she canceled the transaction and asked me to leave, offering no explanation as to why my word choice was upsetting. According to dictionary.com: paraphernalia: equipment, apparatus, or furnishing used in or necessary for a particular activity. There is nothing inherently illicit about that word. I understand references to illegal substances or suggestion that your product will be used illegally is unacceptable. However I do not think it was warranted to ask me to leave and to refuse to answer any of my questions. If there is vocabulary you do not want used it show be posted, and a warning should be given if a slip up occurs. I love this store, and shop often, and I have never had an experience like this. I have spent hundreds of dollars in your shops and I am sorry to say I will not be returning.
