I signed my child up for a basketball clinic. A week before it started, I was notified that the class was cancelled due to not have the space for it, which I understand sometimes happens. However, instead of refunding the families their money, they let everyone know they would receive a gift card to their company. There was no where in the fine print that said we would not receive our money back if THEY were the ones cancelling the class. I tried to go sign him up for another class, and they offer nothing. Not a single class available to spend my "gift card". I can't afford to sign my child up for things and not get my money out of it. I have heard from other people this happens OFTEN. Don't waste your money and take the chances of never getting it back.
