I'd never heard of this company before, but was at an event where they provided catering services and it absolutely blew me away. The simple meal of burgers, beans and potato salad was absolutely delicious, while transcending towards fancy while remaining acceptable sloppy for a June BBQ. If they had a restaurant it'd definitely be on my favorites list. Hopefully I can think of an event in the future to utilize their services. Mmm...

I have been using John's catering service for many years and so has my family. He is so generous with his time and talent. His staff is wonderful. His approach to party food is simple and elegant. Love him, love his food, love his staff. Can't recommend enough.

John Benker Catering catered our daughter's wedding. The food was outstanding!! They made a beef stroganoff to die for. Their simple salad was anything but simple. Our guests raved about the food. Many said they had never had such delicious food at a wedding reception buffet. The servers were very professional. They even took it upon themselves to cut and serve the wedding cake. Thank you John Benker Catering for helping to make our daughter's wedding a memorable event for many!

John catered a party for 50 for us last week. All the guests thought the food was outstanding. John provided a bartender as well. Everything came out beautifully and we would certainly use John again!

John Benker catered my friend's wedding. I generally assume the food at a wedding is going to be the usual catering junk prepared weeks ahead of time and frozen (you know, the overcooked, dried out, flavorless garbage.) I was shocked at how good the food was this time. She eats gluten-free, so the dishes were all gluten free. Every bit of it was delicious and so creative! There were a lot of fresh, ripe fruits included in the salad, a mango salsa to accompany the pork dish, the most amazing cheesy potatoes I have ever had, and all sorts of other wonderful dishes including passed hors d'oeuvres before dinner. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was unlike any catered event I have ever attended, more like visiting a fine dining restaurant. I wish I could go back and redo my own wedding and hire them.
