I am an out of towner and only here for a couple weeks. Stopped in to check this place out. I didn't NEED anything, but absolutely would have dropped some cash on a new bow or accessories if they had something that interested me. I walked around for about 30 minutes, stopped to pick things up and look at them, and stood around the counter for a few minutes.... And no one said a word to me. They didn't even acknowledge my existence. It seemed as if they were too interested in their "regulars" and had no time for me. And there was only two other people in the store other than me. The range seemed pretty good and there was a couple people on the range. Their inventory seemed pretty good as well. They seemed like nice people... maybe they just had an off day..? I can't recommend them based off my experience, but you make up your own mind. Either way, I won't be back, mostly because I won't need to.

I visited the store the first time for me on a Saturday. Matt was very helpful in getting my bow set up with adjustments and gave me some recommendations on products. Tuning up the crossbow and some range time cost me about $23. A well spent investment and I will go to this shop in the future.

I bought my bow and and accessories before I heard of this place. I needed some help so I went to them. They were beyond helpful. I wish I had made my purchase from them to begin with, but I will surely find ways to spend my money here. What a great store ran by great people. The younger gentleman actually gave me some pointers, helped me with some adjustments - and now I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I wish more things I had interests in had stores available like this one. If I could give six stars I would.

The lady there is the meanest person I have dealt with in a long time. She made me sorry I bought my bow there. When I told her she could say things a bit nicer she tried to make me feel stupid for taking offense. Real great customer service from that angel (sarcasm)

I cannot recommend Full Draw enough! The love and dedication that Deb and Kent have for the sport of archery but more importantly for passing on this knowledge and love on to others is amazing. Everyone that works there is a certified instructor with USA Archery and NFAA because they want to be able to provide the best instruction to anyone that walks through the door. I assure you that you will not find that kind of passion in a big box store! I have personally had the pleasure of supporting them since I bought my first Jennings bow in 2004 and now as I pass my love for archery on to my daughter, I can only hope that Deb, Kent and everyone at Full Draw will be around to guide her in her progress. So, if you have an interest in archery, need to find the perfect holiday gifts, or maybe your current equipment is vintage like mine and needs some extra loving care please call or stop in to see if they can help. Yes, you may be able to find a better deal online or at Cabela's but if we don't continue to support small business they won't be there pass on their passion to our children and grandchildren. If you are looking to improve your skills the Junior Olympic Archery Development classes on Tuesday or Saturday mornings is the perfect way to do so for a reasonable $10/hour fee (includes renting equipment). If you don't like big crowds, they offer private lessons for a reasonable rate or just come in and buy some range time during the week.

I took my bow there to get new strings and cables. I asked them what it would cost and they rattled off the price on everything but the $50.00 shop charge or installation fee which was not posted anywhere either. That's part of the pricing and I should have been informed of that up front. Also the kid working that night was rude and has no people skills. Bow turned out okay but I'll never go back there again.

Full Draw Archery is the best! I booked a corporate team-building day here with my coworkers, and owners Kent and Deb were very fair with the group pricing, and were accommodating when I had to change dates. Their team members were friendly and down to earth, and succeeded in making us feel welcome and comfortable despite all of us being newbies. They offered great advice to help our shooting techniques, were very patient with all of us, and even let us try out different kinds of bows (compound and recurve). I liked it so much on our initial day that I came back a few weeks later with five of my friends! The days got mixed up between me and the owners, but they were again, very accommodating and even offered to stay open late so we all could get in a full hour of target shooting. They're all very down to earth and friendly, and definitely don't look down on the newbies. They've been in business here almost 20 years and it truly shows with their knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely be going back, and I'll be recommending this place to anyone and everyone interested in archery and bow hunting!!
