After many dealerships/mechanics said they would not work on my 2011 Mercedes - we finally found these guys. Called them and towed it there same day. They quickly found the issue and I had my car back within 48 hours. My car has been running fine since then and I would return if needed!

This new little shop is run by Corey and Joel, the BMW techs formerly at Cordel Foreign Motors. Its a little bit out of the way back off 149th, but its a hidden gem of German automotive excellence. I've brought them my e46 M3 track car, an e36 318ti beater, and my daily driver e60 530i, and my wifes Tiguan. There has yet to be an issue with any of the cars that they couldnt fix promptly and professionally. This shop is definitely a shop I would recommend you bring your BMW/Mini/Mercedes/VW to. If you need fast, friendly, and easy to understand auto technicians that wont make you feel dumb for describing a thunk as a clunk, Corey and Joel arr your guys.Pricing is fair and the work is good. Cannot recommend them enough

I live in MN and had a PCV valve broken in my 2015 Merc C300 when I visited Omaha. I decided to have it fixed in case my car decided to go on a limp mode with the check engine light on when I drive home. They were able to get it done in a day! They are great and fun to talk to. Super awesome people! I ended up saving $600 over taking it to a dealership. Highly recommended!

Finding an auto repair shop I can trust is basically impossible. They all either get it wrong, or overcharge and overdiagnose. Full Circle German Auto has resolved both of these chronic headaches for me, and for that I'm grateful. They're intelligent about their craft (I can chatter on and on, and they don't miss a beat), completely non-condescending (saying "it's more of a whoosh than a sploosh" gets you a thoughtful nod instead of an eyebrow raised or a price increase) and down to earth (a shop with a warm sense of humor is, again, basically impossible to find). GPS your way to their weird section of Old Millard, and leave happy.

I purchase my first BMW just over a year ago now. A 2007 BMW Z4 Roadster and it was an unanticipated purchase though I am so thankful I was able to find this car. Anyway, not being a car person and especially a BMW knowledgable owner, I spent many weeks surfing the Web looking at BMW shop reviews in the Omaha area. Full Circle kept coming up as being very positive except for those that had complained about being able to quickly get in touch with the shop at certain times. I decided to give them a try and it has been the best move I have made in a long time. Not only are Joel and his 3 highly qualified workers honest and capable, they really are caring to the customers needs. I have ended up pushing their expertise with some pretty difficult modifications that they were able to accomplish at very competative prices. For simple replacement or repairs they are unbeatable in my humble opinion and I have spoken with several members of the BMW Car Club of America who have also recommended them.I can not in good faith dispute that sometimes it can get aggrevating calling and having to leave voicemails or having emails go unanswered for some periods of time, but it is simply becasue Joel and his staff will not quite a job until it is done correctly and completely and I think maybe there may be times that they are just too busy to be in the office. Rest assured though, putting up with this minor irratation is well worth it as I know they will never cut a corner or take a short cut to save time or stay on schedule. For me that is certainly more important than not having a quick phone call returned. Better yet, if you want quick service, simply take the time to drive to the shop and I can guarantee you that you will have your issue addressed, though you may need to set up an appointment later, but it will be worth it. Sure beats spending so much more at the Dealership and other shops I have personally checked out and most important, I believe that they are fair in their assesments of what really needs to be done and they never try to push any work that does not need attending too. Can't ask for much more than that, right? Except for maybe answering the phone a bit better.... that is a hint Joel.Check them out, you will not be sorry and Zach is a wizard with aftermarket tunes for those with cars old enough to have expired warranties.

If you have an issue with your car and need it repaired. HiGHLY suggest finding another mechanic.if you need a mechanic who will diagnose the issue "fix" it or say it's fixed, by just going down the line by adding parts. You get it back and it's not even fixed. Typical response: "Oh yeah, well these things are sometimes tricky. It could be this. Yeah it's that."You think oh ok. You bring it back after getting more parts! Still not fixed??!!!Customer Service is a Joke!Call and ask what is going on with being told it was fixed. Be prepared to get some attitude! Like it's YOUR fault they didn't fix it!You say your going to bring it somewhere else to get it checked out and you will surely get a laugh from the owner and get told "whatever" "Have at it" and turning their back on their "customer"and walking away! Hilarious!!! These guys will not stand behind their work! Only thing you get here is could be this could be that.

Shop performed a routine oil change and they failed to properly fill oil to proper level triggering check engine light. I question if they even did anything.
