Fuji Steak House

We visited over lunch and did the hibachi steak and chicken special. Cooked to perfection, affordable and server was very attentive.

Stopped in with a larger group. They got us in quickly. We sat at the hibachi area. Our chef did a great job of interacting with us. I actually got the Ocean Sushi Platter along with the Yum Yum roll. It was all great! The only downside to our visit was they were very strict on the alcohol. They wouldn't get some in our party another drink without showing they drank most of it. It was definitely a bit strange. Otherwise, our experience was great.

We visited our kiddo going to school nearby and was craving hibachi. This place didn't disappoint. The service was fast and ambiance seemed fun with plenty of energy from the chefs. Always fun to hang out and enjoy some good food

I was so surprised to see that there was a teppanyaki restaurant in grand island. So I took my team there for dinner one night. We all had a great time. It really comes down to the chef when you are at a place like this and our chef was great.

This place is actually very nice and sleek in the inside, with authentic Japanese features, yet the service, especially on busy nights, is horrible. We were supposed to get a table in 15 minutes, but it actually took 45! One thing I do have to say though is that the soup is incredible, and probably the best soup I have ever tasted. The food is exquisite!

Great service, great food!! I set at the bar but the Hibachi seating looked fun for a group.

Loved the food definitely recommend if youre a picky eater like me too never ate so good in life the chefs and staff are really nice and the drinks amazing!

Fuji wiped out my account!!! I ordered a pick up order and when I came out to the car I saw they charged me $70+ for a meal that cost $40+. I looked at my bank account and they took everything in my account and wiped me out to $0. I went in and complained and they said it would take 7-10 business days for a refund but I will have no cash until then because they took everything. They made me return the food too because I could no longer buy it since they took all my money and now it's tied up in a refund process. This is the third time in a row that something has gone wrong with my pick up order. First time was the wrong sushi roll, second was no sushi roll at all and refused to make it because it was too late even when it was 10 minutes until closing, and third time was a my account was wiped out. NEVER EVER going there again!!!

Just had sushi here. Sushi was good but after witnessing the bartender call the sushi chef Mr. Miyagi twice (his last name is not Miyagi) and then mimic him speaking Japanese I had to speak up. Ruined dinner. This couldn't have been the first time she was racist to him and management hasn't taken any action. Letting those who believe in treating everyone with kindness know so you don't support racist-friendly restaurants.Update: Just called the restaurant and talked to a female manager. I explained what happened and her immediate response was not to apologize or say it was inappropriate but to double-down that they joke around like that. A white person mimicking Japanese language in the stereotypical racist way is not joking around....and in a Japanese restaurant!

Food was amazing...heavenly. Sent for my girlfriend's birthday and sat at the hibachi grill. The chef was very funny and involved everybody. We had a range of age groups sitting with us and the chef was very polite and made good jokes. The restaurant itself is very nice. Very chill vibe!
