Some of the best images come from 35mm slides...here is a great example of what we are able to recover

I contacted Brett recently about digitizing a music record that was a big part of my childhood. It had disappeared once my father passed away and it took me some time to locate a new copy. I wanted to play it on my CD player in my Jeep. Brett was polite and professional in handling my request and got it to me within a few days. It plays perfectly and brought back all sorts of fun memories of fun Christmases with my family. I would recommend him highly to anyone. Thanks again, Brett.

FSA Digital Services gave new life to a fond relic of my childhood. It is one of those holiday specials that aired once a year on free/public TV, but it was never converted to a DVD or Blu-ray format, or made digitally available anywhere. I finally found a VHS copy and purchased it, but I don't own a VCR, or know if anyone still sells them, etc. FSA was able to convert this memory into a digital format, which I can revisit on any of my devices, whenever I want. I can't thank them enough. The video playback is smooth and the definition is flawless. Their service was fast and professional, with reasonable pricing. I will be asking them to convert personal family memories from older formats, in the near future. Highly recommended.

Brett at FSA Digital Services quickly repaired an old picture of my mother that I was having restored for her birthday in 2013 and I only had a few days to get it done. 24 hour turn around from scanning to complete pic and my mother was extremely happy with the final result., and so was I. :)Here's a link to the picture I had him restore, before and after. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10152129288831027.1073741890.720676026&type=1&l=0bad72b7ff

Brett was super professional from the very first contact, which was replying to my Inquiry, after hours! He was patient with me as he explained everything. I finally dropped off the almost 40 year old VHS tape of our wedding ceremony to him one evening. He had it done by the next morning! It was awesome to sit and watch it on our smart TV like it was recorded just yesterday. Thank you so much!

I did not have a good experience with Brett from FSA Digital Services. The initial concern was that he took two DVDs, already converted at Walmart from old family 8mm movies, and "digitized" them and compressed them onto one digital file. I received no dvd copies, just access to viewing that file online. I was told the cost was $150. I then viewed the file and made notes of times that could be edited out of the file. I sent Brett the email with the times and asked his opinion on the most cost effective way to proceed with the project and I asked how much the editing would cost. I assumed that he could give me a ballpark amount and we would go from there. He did not give me an estimate...he DID the editing and still didn't give me any pricing. I emailed and asked for the cost of the editing...that I had NOT requested him to do...and still, he gave no price. **He did the same thing with a project that my brother-in-law took to him at the same time. (Converting VHS tapes of his wedding and a renewal of vows ceremony to digital files and then onto a disc ...that could be used to make copies, and the same for a memorial video of scanned family photos, maybe 30, with some text). In total, he received the TWO duplicatable discs and then FIVE blu-ray copies of each for a total of 12 discs. My B-I-L had made numerous requests for a price throughout the process and was NEVER given a price...when project was complete, he was given a bill for almost $1500. Think twice is all I can say!

I had Brett from FSA digitize some old home movies that were on VHS and 8mm tapes. He got them done in a timely manner. He also picked up and delivered for me. Definitely will use him again if needed.

I'm VERY impressed with the services I received from them. I had never seen myself in pictures as a baby or very young child. I happened finally get a photo of myself on my 2nd Birthday. It was yellowed and very faded from age, as being almost 40 years old. Mr. Brodersen took the photo and worked his magic! He cleared a few stains off of the photo, the yellow was gone, and it was no longer faded! You can now even see the details of my eyes. It's very precious to me now, and I'm very grateful to him for making it beautiful again. I'd honestly recommend him and his company to anyone that needs any type of photography or digital work done with their photos. Anyone would be as pleased as I am.

While getting ready to move, I found several cassette and VHS tapes of my daughter when she was growing up. Since neither of these tapes are easily accessible, I was not sure how to transfer them to any kind of media that would make them viewable in today's world. That is where FSA Digital Services came in and rescued my memories. During the initial conversation, I was not sure what was on the tapes so I asked for recommendations. Not only did Brett recommend several different options, he made the transfer process very easy. I had forgotten about the tape and I now cherish the work FSA Digital Services did for me, every time I watch them. I loved them so much that I even had a set made for my daughter who also loves them!Thank you Brett for all that you did!

I recently had some work done by FSA Digital Services. Brett the company owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took my old film and put it on DVD, converted my HD video camera to DVD and he took all the video clips and pictures off my phone and put them on DVD. He even did some forensic work and found some cherished video that had been accidentally erased. He put everything on indestructible DVD's which I was very grateful for. I am very happy with the service I received from FSA Digital Services.
