I moved to Lincoln in November 2022 and had my 2013 Harley-Davidson Dyna Superglide Custom in a U-Haul storage unit until we closed on our house and then had to wait for winter to be over. When it was time to get my wife's Iron 883 and my bike out of storage, I had an electrical issue that was killing the power when I hit the starter switch. I was very pleased with my service performed by Frontier H-D. They came and trailered my bike, solved my electrical issue, did a great oil and brake service, and replaced my badly worn tires. They even detailed my bike before pickup. I highly recommend this H-D and will use them for all my needs.

Your dealership blew me away! Awesome setup, tons of merch and huge bike inventory. The curb appeal was impressive outside and in. Brett greeted me then Levi helped in clothing. Lisa checked me out and was super awesome and finally Nate saw me out. Each interaction was exceptional, made me feel at home and eager to return. I live about 555 miles away, but I plan to come back for sure! I was thoroughly impressed with your store and staff and have already recommended them to others. This is a very nice dealership, and the staff was very friendly that we briefly interacted with. The girl that started talking to us was very friendly and provided great customer service. They have a lot of parts on clearance, and a large amount of clothes on sale. They have a nice seating area outside, and the Sunday we chose had a food truck in their parking lot.

This review is for the Service Dept. at Frontier HD only. I am not reviewing the retail (clothing) or parts department. I have a 2015 Tri Glide. I received a quote for doing the 15K mile service. Frontier quoted $700.00! The exact same 15K service at Dillon HD in Omaha was $400.00! The ONLY reason I went to Frontier was that I had a coupon to take $300.00 off the cost of service. While being serviced I was told I needed a new oil pan gasket, needed my brake fluid flushed, and needed my clutch fluid replaced. The cost for the brake fluid flush at Frontier HD was $411.26. The cost for the clutch fluid replacement was $286.09 at Frontier HD and the cost for replacing the oil pan gasket was $180.89 at Frontier HD. They figured the total hours of labor to be, 9.2 hours at $149.00 per hour. This included the 15K service.I then called Dillon HD in Omaha. I asked for a quote to do the brake fluid flush and clutch fluid replacement. The quote was $380.00 FOR BOTH! Thus it was over $300.00 LESS at Dillon HD than at Frontier HD. When I brought up the drastic price differences to the service advisor his comment was, "Go to Dillon then." I know where I'll be taking my business and it won't be Frontier HD.

ll frontier you have lost our business due to the insulting rude sales clerk who insists her recolation of events are true and was unable to place herself in the situation at hand which had nothing to do with her "good memory" she was mistaken this time and I left feeling as though I was called a liar and had no right in receiving the promotional gift that was apart of my purchase however I did not receive it so I had to call and have them hold one back for me. When I came to get merchandise that had been on back order I was told by the sales clerk that she asked the other sales clerk (who helped me) about it and there wasn't one held back due to her faulty memory. I will say that my memory after putting out the money we do there that I am very aware of the enactments that occur when spending hundreds of dollars and this sales clerk went above and beyond to prove me wrong. Well I'm not and it is due to your inability to satisfy and appreciate customers who are the backbone of your paychecks and not by entitlement rather depends on mutual respect and having help from a qualified personal who is paid for assisting customers. Maybe next time you could have a solution that would be a win win situation and come up with an alternative promotion or some type of action that doesn't cost the company business. Good luck and may the sales team learn some conduct methods that make them approachable to the customers they serve rather than being defensive and adamit to proving the customer is wrong. A promotional gift is earned by the buyer, this costs you nothing to allow them the prize and boost sales, so much for that I'll take my business elsewhere.

I don't want to discredit the place entirely, not that I think my opinion has that much power at all, but if you're looking for a Harley Davidson dealership to do continued business with look elsewhere because this is not the place. If you're looking for a place to go to once and have a fantastic time experience this is your place. Your first time is great they make it memorable and everyone is friendly and talkative. But the 2nd time and every time thereafter they act like you talking to them is a hassle or helping you with questions about you're personal motorcycle and no one wants to be accommodating. Kinda feels like they just want to sell me a bike which I know is their job and I do get that, but they could at least make it seem like they want continued business. When the time comes to get another one unless something changes and they start acting like they like their customers who come in regularly I won't be going here..... Sadly

Walked into Harley to look around and possibly shop for stuff for my motorcycle. Not one employee greeted me or came over. I bought my motorcycle from them so it would have been nice if someone came over and said hey how are you? Or how's the bike been? Something to show respect or care for a returning customer. Just not good customer service.
