You know how good a company is when things don't go easy.while we have bought many computers from Friendly Managed Services they showed the value when one acted up. They went right to work on researching the periodic problem and have spent hours fixing it. True service, not sell it and forget it. I can say they back the products and services they sell 100%. As stated no other computer we bought had any issues just this one. Great staff and leadership.

Jon helped me out with my 10-year-old MacBook Pro, Ol' Bess. I took it in knowing that the battery was on its way out so Jon took a look inside. Turned out my battery was swelling and upon further examination my hard drive cable was also damaged. He was very upfront and honest about his recommendation to discontinue the repair and let Ol' Bess finish out her days in peace. He got it to where the trackpad was temporarily functioning again (it was sticking due to the swelling battery) and even re-adhered the loose glass to my screen (a separate issue)I appreciate his candor as previously I'd been given the run around by the Apple Store.I was charged a very reasonable price considering Jon was able to get Ol' Bess working just enough for me to retrieve some documents off of her. I ended up ordering a new MacBook Pro and if anything is to go wrong with that one, I'll surely SKIP THE APPLE STORE and go straight to Friendly PC.

Friendly computers "don't care" when you have issues with them. I wanted my computer ungraded. During the quoting process they were friendly and knowledgeable. I decided on a new motherboard, 16 gb DDR4 3200 Corsair Dominator Platinum RAM, a Samsung 512 nvme ssd drive, a new i7 7700 CPU and a new water cooler. Total quote price, $1,423.09. During our discussion I told them my computer was 5 years old and needed cleaning as well. They said there would be no cost since they were replacing so many of the computers components.They special ordered the parts, I waited for the parts to come in, and then made the appointment to have the work done. After doping off my computer, they called me to tell me they saved me $30 by getting the wrong ram. I ordered 3200, but they only had 3000 RAM. I know it's not a huge difference but I'm paying a lot of money, and have put a lot of thought and research into this build. I was not happy!Then I get a call saying that my case was dirty and had "smoke damage" (I smoke cigarettes) so if I wanted the computer done that day, I would need to buy a new case, or I could pay another $100 to have it cleaned and wait additional day/days (?) for the work to be done. Even though they said they would clean my 5 year old computer at no charge as part of the new build. I asked why they didn't mention this at the quote process, they said because they don't ask people if they smoke. So if it is not important enough to ask, then why would it be important enough to charge me $100 more? It felt like they were trying to up sell me, after the fact that they didn't have the correct ram that I ordered. When I informed the manager that I would cancel the work order if I was charged for cleaning, he said I could come pick it up.In the end, I told them I was un-happy with the way it was handled. I told them I would be giving them a negative review. The workers response of "do what ever you want I don't care" was not all that friendly.

I absolutely love this place. Their knowledge and expertise in response is incredible to any other computer problems I have had to the years. I keep going back to them as the customer service is top notch while pricing is the same if not cheaper than anywhere or you will go online. Plus they honor any repairs with their warrantee I would highly recommend contacting Rob or Dave or Eric at friendly PC for any of your needs

Took a laptop in to have the hard drive replaced and the system updated with windows 10. Got it home turned it on and before I could do anything the Zeus virus was detected. Wasn't even connected to the Internet yet. Tried to use my virus protector, but it did nothing. Now all I have is a blue windows screen, nothing comes up on the start/windows button and I am out $310.

I had Seth who works at Friendly PC transfer all info from a desktop to a laptop. As usual, my expectations were exceeded. Informing that it could take 1.5 days when I dropped it off, I actually was able to pick it up the same day. These folks are basically a computer help desk for the individual (I think they have business plans also), and can construct and sell actual desktops also. They are wonderful!!!!

I was actually looking to sell my PC so I searched up on the yelp app to see if there's any businesses out there that take all PCs. The first thing that popped up was this business so I thought they would buy my PC. Turns out they actually don't do that so it was very misleading.
