Trustworthy, fast, and affordable.My resonator rusted through and broke off from the muffler ('09 Nissan Versa). It was making a pretty terrible noise, and I don't even know what kind of fumes were being emitted. I knew it was probably not going to be a cheap fix and felt pretty dreadful about it. We always do our research on car maintenance and usually have a ball park idea of how much things SHOULD cost.The guys at Freeway were straight forward with us and their prices matched up with what our internet research showed. They let us know we would eventually have to replace the exhaust parts, and it would be more expensive. However, they offered us a more affordable (but short term) solution to weld the pipes together. They gave us a quote and followed through on that quote with no surprise fees. We also got an oil change from Freeway while our car was getting fixed. They did all of this in a day!I hate to say this, but as a woman, I hate dealing with most mechanic shops. The past few I have been to have tried to rip me off, and it gets pretty old and is disheartening. I'm happy to find a place I can trust. I will likely be returning here to get my oil changed and other car maintenance.

This seems to be a genuine and honest place to take your car. I didn't have much of a choice since my brake was on fire, but freeway was honest in offering options and prices. They could have fixed my issue that day for more money, but gave me the option of waiting for the cheaper parts to come, which I did. Some places won't even do that and just want more profit for them. I double checked their pricing via my mechanic friend and he also agreed that it was reasonable. My car was done when they said it would be and the price at checkout was also what was originally quoted to me. They replaced both calipers in addition to my brake hoses. I was not aware of the hoses being done but it must have been figured into my initial cost. It is great to see genuine car businesses that do not take advantage of someone just because they need a quick fix and a working car again. I'd come back here again for services.

Terrible at communicating. I got my heater repaired. They never called to tell me it was ready, as I had requested, so we just showed up after work. The problem wasn't what they thought it was, and the repair ended up costing less, so we were thrilled. Two days later the heater wasn't working as well. Took the car back and asked them to call me and let me know what was going on. They never did, so we showed up after work again to find they had made the repair unauthorized and charged us $85.00. I didn't necessarily expect to be charged nothing, but I expected to have the option to decline the repair, or wait to get a second opinion. I'm pretty sure what they did was illegal.

Took my car here to get an exhaust leak found and fixed. Well worth it, not only did they look at it same day, they saved me $800. Took them 45min to replace the resonator on my Buick. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice friendly auto shop.

Went to go look at a car and the guy who helped us was very nice but when asking questions they basically just assumed we were buying the car without even seeing number. When talking to the guy who does the loans, he never went over what payments would be and never gave us the option to put cash down. When we asked what payments were going to be he wouldn't show us until we asked about 3 times. Very very pushy to make us buy the car. We also went to get our windows tinted on the car that we had bought and they were not helpful at all. At first they didn't have to appointment and then all the sudden they did. When we went to go get the rental car the lady said we didn't have one. So frustrating since we drove an hour to drop the car off and needed a way to get back. Finally she found our name and said well I guess I have a car for you. They are not helpful at all and just very terrible customer service as well when calling in.

They do good work for a fair price we've been there a few times now. Generally friendly and glad you have came in.

I took my VW in several years ago for a muffler. It was a good experience, and they were clear on what my options were and the prices. Prices seemed reasonable.

Kent does excellent quality work for a very reasonable price. He does custom work as well. He will work with you if you want to bring your own muffler, for instance. He looks for ways to save you $$ on your system, i.e. if it is cheaper for him to bend and weld a certain pipe than to use pre-made, he will. They will do custom work and small welding jobs, they service cooling systems, do brake jobs and other suspension repairs, such as shocks and struts. I have had him help me change a gas tank before. I have taken my cars there for many years and will continue to do so.
