The service is always so nice and helpful when I've gone into Frank's! The man helping me even made sure to get me the slice of pizza with the most pepperonis!They have great ranch, which for me is a must with pizza. I've always enjoyed their pizza and it's never taken super long even when ordering an entire pizza!!

If you love 1980s-90s arcade video games, you NEED to check out this place. They have plenty of machines and they are FREE to play.They also have pizza! You can get it by the slice. Big slices! Four dollars. It was ready to serve and I do have to admit I would have preferred it if it had been fresh out of the oven. I did not love it, to be honest.I think if I had come at a busier time it would have been better.So probably next time I would order a pizza and have it made to order instead. Or try pasta or a sandwich. A little wait would be fine so I can embarrass myself with my lack of videogame skills. Prices seemed reasonable, and there are menu items I want to try. I will definitely be bringing some friends here!

I went to eat tonight and unfortunately will never return. I watched an employee display very unprofessional behavior and service. The delivery driver asked 2 questions and the employee proceeded to pull out a taser and threaten him and call him out his name, I don't know the employees name but he had a long black beard. I would understand if the delivery driver was being rude or out of pocket but from what I seen he was very polite and stood his ground while being threatened, yelled at, and called out his name. Anyone eating here be cautious as the employee is very rude and could potentially hurt someone

Thought I'd try a new pizza place ...., Got a small side salad- it was fine, just plain- -2Pizza sounded good. Now I know delivery is alway hot or miss. However the pizza was ice ice cold, I'd asked to have it cooked extra... nothing cooked extra. Kinda like getting a little Caesar pizza...: if you know - you know...I'd give the pizza a 3- The only saving grace was the tiny $5 cannoli. It was perfectly delicious. Other than that- I don't think I'll try this place again...

When I walked by, I noticed a pizza by the slice sign. I thought to myself, great! A NY pizza joint in Omaha. I was wrong. This is just a bad pizza they made earlier, and have it sitting out. They literally handed me a lukewarm slice of soggy pizza that's been sitting on a carousel.

Surprisingly good pizza. Had their "meat lovers" slice. Super fast place. They have pizza by the slice ready to go. Service was notably not friendly, but met expectations. If you are in a hurry and want an inexpensive place, this is a good choice.

The rudest staff, slamming doors, cold pizza , line out to hot outside. Orders to the worst areas in Omaha. I wish they would just fold. No one likes this, or the negative behavior. Def NOT NY. My family would be insulted. I'm glad my job does NOT deliver for them. I refuse .

Franks is an amazing addition to the Capitol District that has been missing! I love that they will have slices to buy ready and hot, and then everything on their menu to order! We loved everything we ordered and the staff was super friendly all around! Let them work out their kinks and they will be fantastic!

I have been to one of the other locations and was not impressed! Coming here I knew it would probably be the same as the other location. I went right before a concert because it was quick an convenient. They have ready made slices for a deal and I got a buffalo chicken slice. It was pretty thin crust but tasted pretty good. I probably wont go out of my way to come back, but in a fast pinch it was perfect!Cute little shop too in the area WITH a small dining area!

I recently ordered through Grubhub and the food was good. It was packaged well and still hot when it arrived. I ordered the cheesy garlic sticks, baked meatballs, a NY special stromboli and the chicken alfredo pasta. I really liked the meatballs and cheese sticks. The stromboli and pasta were also good. Ordering through Grubhub was easy - processing and delivery times were fast and our food was fresh.
