Great staff and great store! The lady and I had a great conversation about You've Got Mail and she's very knowledgeable about local authors.

Leslie, the owner is great. I was looking to purchase a gift for my girlfriend. I called in and was able to purchase something for my girlfriend to pick up in store because I unfortunately won't be with her on her birthday. Leslie took payment, over the phone, promptly emailed a receipt and put a bow on the gift. Superb experience.

I loved this place the moment I walked in the door. The selection of books left me wide eyed and with a long wish list. I didn't have the chance to look through the full store. I saw more as I was walking out.The space is warm and inviting. I bought two books that were signed by the authors, one of which was offered to me when I brought an unsigned copy to the counter. I preordered a book from a local author who is scheduled to speak here and I'm so excited! I have always loved books but this shop reignited my love of shopping for books. Online shopping may let you get the book you know you want, but Francie and Finch provides you with options that might intrigue you enough to try something new. If you love books or like to support local, check this place out. Also, we're currently practicing social distancing. You can order online (including books they don't have in stock), get notified your order is ready (this part is important), pull up to the designated parking spot, and give them a call to get your order brought to you.

I love this book store! They are always willing to help. I was looking for a book for my friend's daughter. The woman working there took me to the correct section and gave me some reviews of some books I might want to try. Also, I ordered a book to pick up in-store. Then I got Covid. I wanted to get it out for a birthday present. I called the store and they said they could take my payment over the phone and for a small charge they mailed it for me. They even gift-wrapped it! Now that is service! These people have my business for a long time!
