Hotel Room Bathroom
For context, there's no breakfast anywhere else in the area.
This is the "Breakfast". Almost an hour before breakfast was over.

This Four points by Sheraton hotel is conveniently located and reasonably priced. This location is located close to downtown, the Old market, Boys town Medical Center, and Creighton University. We stayed here for six days. It's a pretty basic hotel. Our room had two queen beds and were clean. Housekeeping comes every two days. Since it was summer, it was hot, but the air conditioner was very cold, so it was good and you're able to adjust it in your room. There are ice machines on the third and fourth floors. There is no laundry machine so make sure you bring enough clothes with you! They have a bar in the lobby, but no restaurant and breakfast is not included. There's not a lot of staff here. We were told that there's somebody at the front desk 24 hours a day, however, late at night and early in the morning there's nobody there. When we checked out there was just a basket for us to leave our room keys.Overall good, basic hotel with no frills.

Sigh. It's rare that I'll stay in the same hotel more than once, but for anywhere I rate 5 stars, it's a guarantee I'll book again when I see it in my company's booking system. I stayed briefly at this Four Points location once and had a positive experience, but I did it again and can't take the risk of being here anymore. For the record, customer service is still wonderful. The alarm, though, was set for 6am next door. It went off for 10 minutes. Can we as a species stop having these sensitive clocks in hotel rooms? Or make sure housekeeping resets them? Also on this particular visit, the hot water in the building somehow ran out one morning when I wanted to shower. While the staff handled it well, that's never happened to me before. My phone kept disconnecting from the Wi-Fi network. The bathroom light switch was jammed and made it difficult to turn off all the way. On the other hand, the TV was great. The walkways (because of all the snow) were well-salted. I want to fight for a higher review for this Four Points location, but I can't. Onwards to find another go-to Milwaukee hotel!

We stopped on this hotel after a car problem forced us to stop in Omaha. We are Bonvoy members so finding a local hotel was easy. When we checked in, a wonderful man named Yusuf, upgraded us to a king suite that we absolutely loved. It was a great room on the corner of the building. It was more like an apartment was an unusually large bedroom. This hotel came through for us and we loved our room. The king suites really are quite amazing.

Great place to relax and rest your eyes if you're traveling with pets. It's a short drive to an awesome downtown area, I believe it was called the Old Market, and there's plenty of parking at the hotel and public lots downtown. Omaha was way cooler than I expected and this hotel really helped us afford to stay near the heart of the city. Oh -also! The gym facilities were nicer than I expected and the staff was super friendly and helpful

The Four Points is a affordable priced hotel right central to Creighton, Mid town crossing, and the med center. We have stayed here a few times because of it's location. Location and Affordability with great Staff is what it has going for it. The actual comfort and offerings are lacking. King size rooms lack outlets or any power sources on one side of the bed which is tough with 2 people. Exhaust vents don't work.... (Stinky Steamy Bathrooms) Hot water has taken 10+ minutes to get. Also if you are a frequent Marriott or Bonvoy Traveler they do not let you charge to your room so f&b credit/points are tough. Overall the hotel has great staff affordable rates, however it misses on comfort and quality levels.

I guess I have to be careful how I ask if they have breakfast. They do. It is just $11 for bacon and eggs. Over $30 for my wife and I to have breakfast and coffee. The hotel has been updated, but fairly cheaply. The rooms are big but sparsely furnished. The people we dealt with were all friendly. The TV's were small and needed updated.

The place isn't exactly a dump, but that is sort of in spite of itself. We reserved two rooms. I picked the Sheraton 4 Points because it was close to downtown, and it was short notice enough that we couldn't get any of the good hotels -which priced about the same. When we checked into this Non-Smoking hotel, one of the rooms absolutely reeked of smoke. To the point that it was uncomfortable to be in the room for long periods of time. "Sorry, there are no other rooms available."One of the things I looked for was a hotel that listed breakfast as included. The Sheraton Four Points listed breakfast included. It did not list a "continental breakfast". Well, it wasn't breakfast. It wasn't even a continental breakfast. It was unrepentantly bad joke. Bottom line, avoid the Sheraton 4 Points. It's a bad hotel and the staff is very comfortable with that.

Our 3 night stay at 4 points Midtown was very pleasant. It was awfully hot the day we arrived. Parked in the parking lot, we called to see if they allowed early check in. We also had a pet with us. We encountered Eddie who was amazingly helpful in providing us with early check in and was very attentive and accommodating for the rest of our trip. I specifically want to mention him because I found him to be so helpful - offering stellar service our entire trip. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property. The customer service was way beyond my expectations.-Lynette Swanson

I chose this hotel for a 1 night stay during my move across the country. I knew when booking it wouldn't be the Ritz, but it's not even living up to the $110 & $50 pet fee I paid. (No mention of the pet fee on booking.com). When I first arrived, there was a group of 10+ people smoking pot and drinking on a balcony being pretty noisy. It was only 9pm so I didn't think much of it. Until now, after midnight, the party is full of people screaming. Yes, screaming. In the 3 hours I've been here, I've had 2 weird men approach me in the parking lot and lobby. My very friendly dog growled at both of them, so take that how you will. Not worth the money, and not the safest feeling place for a solo female traveler. Giving 2 starts because the room itself is decent.
