Friendly and understanding staff. Listened to what my daughter wanted and helped her find the dress that made her feel like a bride. They took the time to not only tell her how the dress could be altered to her liking, they used extra lace and pinned things so that she could see her bridal vision. Surprisingly, she got this dream dress within her budget.
