Foot & Ankle Center Of Nebraska

I am reviewing the location at 90th & Ohio (between Blondo and Maple Streets). Easy to find and park behind the building. I come here about every 3 months to get my problem nails trimmed and it helps instead of waiting 1x per year or until there is a painful problem. Sometimes I've had the Dr and sometimes just a technician. They take insurance but do require a deposit first.

I had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr Greenhagen and Dr Whelan. I have been having foot problems for a period of time. They took the time to explain everything!! Dr Whelan gave me a shot and almost instantaneously felt better! I encourage everyone to make an appointment if your having problems .... not just good doctors but good guys.

dr. nelson and his team are the most amazing caring team of dr.'s i have ever come across..... they truly mean and do as they say they will . i will refers this dr. to everyone and anyone i ever come in contact with.even my pharmacist was in shock and couldn't believe how much dr. nelson is a man of his word and truly cared about the well being of his patient. she deals with dr.'s all the time and said she has never known a dr. to go out of his way to take care of his patient ...... dr. nelson you are amazing. thank you for being my dr.

Waited over an hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time, also let the receptionist know after 45 minutes, they said "we'll check on it", never got back to me. Finally got up and left. I know sometimes appointments run late but the clinic should also respect the patients time. Very disappointed.Stan Schramm

The staff ran around like keystone kops. I did not feel like I was visiting a professional establishment.The Dr said I should be using a walking boot. I told them I had one at home that was in good working order and I would use it. No, they said. You need to get a new one. They brought one out and I again said I didn't need to get a new one. In fact, I couldn't afford a new one. They told me that insurance would cover it and that it was already opened so I had to take it. It was too big and they wouldn't get me one that fit. (ProCare by DJO, Xceltrax Air, XL Tall, 79-95518)The big clincher was when I saw their bill. They had charged the insurance $500! The normal price on the internet (e.g., DirectMedical, Amazon, Walmart) for exactly the same item is only $50. They had charged 10 times the normal cost! That is a 1000% markup! So, of course I had to pay what the insurance wouldn't.Awful business, awful place, never will return.

Such a rip off place. I went there once for a consultation which hardly took 5 minutes and they gave me a hefty bill of $500. Office manager had pathetic people skills.

Awful customer service. I brought my daughter in for an ingrown toe nail, and was told that with my insurance it would be an additional $150 on top of the specialist visit portion of the co-pay and this was before my daughter was even seen by anyone.It's a shame that doctors in our community use this tactic of extorting as much money as they can rather then providing affordable, quality medical care.

Greenhagen acts as if he is mentally unsettled. After waiting half an hour past our appt time for my 84 yo mother to see him and then simply saying we waited half an hour to him, he lost his mind. He said, well, would you wait a half an hour for Applebee's, and we looked at each other and my mom said I wouldn't eat at Applebee's. The little diva nail technician dramatically takes his gloves off and says 'get out" and we happily did. I thought he was going to explode. What a kook. Stay away from this crazyville.

Fantastic Dr. Greenhaven listens to me and is very understanding. He has addressed all my issues and problems. I know that I can speak to him about any problems I am experiencing. A doctor that listens to me is very important to me! I really appreciate this. Thank you Dr.Greenhaven!,
