Wonderful addition to Florence! What a treat! Coffee is delicious and so was the Gluten Free Almond Muffin! Other Gluten free Breakfast and Lunch choices as well. I actually ordered a second iced salted dulce de leche latte with almond milk to go because the first one was soooo amazing! My fiancé got the iced coffee sweetened with sugar free vanilla syrup and it did not have a funky aftertaste at all, like so many sugar free items do. They will make any drink a breve by blending with creme. I'm excited to try the sugar cane horchata. We are planning on going back tomorrow, again. It is so refreshing to see Florence being revitalized, especially with youth engaging/promoting businesses! Definitely worth your drive out on North 30th Street!

First off let me state this isn't your everyday eating establishment. So let's get with the genuine reason Food Hub is in existence. To help feed people and to educate them in better food choices. The concept was born a decade ago and is finally off the ground. A safe, nurturing environment to teach, learn and to teach out to the community with options other than fast food or junk food. The entire 10,000 square foot facility is totally dedicated to this purpose. And what a wonderful facility it is. From kids kitchens to educate them on cooking and good food choices. To a kitchen dedicated to small businesses to make delicious items for sale. And to a space to brain storm ideas for marketing, operations and media. Then the rooftop area that can be used for gatherings and growing fresh food. Okay now that you see that part, now breakfast. Two breakfast sandwiches, a sausage popup and two Americano coffees. This was fabulous! And at a fraction of the cost at a more trendy place. Education and Food what a tremendous mix! The customer area is spacious and very inviting. Needless to say anyone in the North Omaha/Florence area should be proud to have this resource in their communities. I am just plain impressed. Good on you guys and I truly hope the state and the rest of the Nation sees your work.
