Florence City Hall

I recently hosted a party there and the venue was awesome and affordable. Jody who manages the space is super helpful, nice and great to work with. And it is also conveniently located right off I-680 at the 30th street exit. My party was a retirement party, so it was adult only and I opted for Cash bar instead of providing alcohol. This was the best decision I made, beers were only $2 and top shelf Hennessy was about $5, we just had to pay for the bartender during the hours of the event only, which was a very reasonable price. All I had to do , was get in decorate and set up food. At the end of the night, I was only responsible for getting all of my stuff out and taking out the trash, no wiping down tables or sweeping floors.I cannot wait to find another reason to host a party there.

Way nicer than I thought. Actually very nice.Sound system could be upgraded but nonetheless, it served its purpose.Nice stage... so this place could be used for several causes--- performances, weddings, birthdays etc.Staff was very nice.Restrooms were clean.Adequate parking.There are two rooms... not sure if they can open up into one area... it didn't appear to be so but it may.

Managment at this hall yells at small children for running, walking fast, using the restroom, dancing, and playing!! She grabbed a 2 year olds arm because she was running! Very rude and doesnt know how to smile! Makes up rules as you go along! Very rude and doesnt have any business being a security officer or manager at a hall where fun and dancing takes place! Consider her airport security!

We had our wedding and reception in the main hall. The space was perfect. there's no stove but there's plenty of kitchen space. The staff is some of the nicest down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Having food prepared by the family was an important aspect. So was supplying our own drinks. Venue was very accommodating to our needs. I will be using the space again for future events. if you've thought about using this venue, do it. Laura and Tracy are awesome and ready to help if you let them.

I have been renting the hall for Thanksgiving for the last 5+ years. Each time the hall is clean and well prepared for our event. Working the the staff has always been a smooth process. We will continue to have our Thanksgiving dinner there for as long as they will let us!!
