Fitssentials Fitness Studio

I am so glad I found FITssentials! They offer a wonderful variety of classes, and while I have only tried the Box-N-Blast and Yoga so far, I already love it. The trainers are so positive and encouraging, the atmosphere of the place is great, and there is plenty of room on the mat. They are strictly a group exercise facility, so no machines here. If you are coming to Box-N-Blast, bring your own gloves or your knuckles will pay. The only downside I have noticed so far is that the parking lot fills up quickly when there is a popular class (They share a lot with B&B Classic Dogs and a hair salon, so peak times happen), but once the previous class gets out, there is usually plenty of parking available. I'm leaving one star's worth of room to grow in my review as I haven't sampled all their classes yet.
