I stopped by First Watch for breakfast and had a pretty great experience overall. I ordered the Works Omelette with a side of American coffee, and both were excellent! The omelette was packed with flavor, loaded with fresh veggies, sausage, and cheese, and cooked perfectly. The coffee was strong and exactly what I needed to kickstart my day.The service was also impressive--our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure our table had everything we needed. My only complaint is the 45-minute wait to get seated, which felt a bit long for breakfast. However, I understand they were busy, and the food and service made up for it.If you don't mind the wait during peak hours, First Watch is definitely worth a visit for a delicious and fresh breakfast.

Wow! So we got right in and next to the fire which was awesome as it was 3 degrees out side.Hot coffee right away on the table! Added the Capital Crunch coffee holy buckets right on!Had the Smoked Salmon frittata and the hubs had an omelet. Yes filling and super delicious. The establishment runs with many great systems in place with exceptional employees who were so busy but so friendly and seem to enjoy each other while giving so much care and attention to every guest.Hope I go out of the way to eat here again as we take our to go coffees our server got us and head back to DSM.

We were looking for a new breakfast place to try and First Watch was the closest. We were greeted with a smile when we walked in and were seated right away. It was busy today but it wasn't overly noisy and there were plenty of places to sit. Our waitress was super nice and gave us some great recommendations from the menu. We started with the Salted Caramel Donut Holes. Holy cow, they were delicious!! Needless to say there weren't any left . I had the Bacado omelette with the Million Dollar seasoned potatoes. It was all really good!We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

Great mint mocha coffee as usual! Love the food - always to crave for! Ordered the usual farmhouse skillet - parm this time, I believe? Service is always really nice, and the ambiance is usually positive, and calls for reunions, family gatherings, and birthday celebrations!

I've been here a few different times, and have had a good experience each time. I've tried a lot of different dishes, which have all been good, but just good. I had the side of biscuits and gravy with a large fruit bowl, morning meditation drink, and the seasonal cinnamon roll to share with the table. The biscuits and gravy were good, but lacked sausage in the gravy and I prefer a creamier gravy. The cinnamon roll was kind of flat and tasted a bit yeasty. The wait time here is always long, which is the mark of a good restaurant so I can't complain about it, just be prepared for a long wait.

I really am a big fan of First Watch. Having been here multiple times I have to say that the food quality and service is consistently very solid. There are a number of locations in town that are conveniently located. We did run into a little glitch during this visit where we were bypassed on the wait list, but that was quickly resolved when we brought it to their attention. Food service was quick however, one individual at our table did have to wait quite a bit before their order came out. Our food was tasty and well prepared. Our server was exceptionally attentive and kept the coffee coming! The restaurant is modern, clean and well maintained. A recommended brunch spot.

We've been to quite a few First Watch's, and this one was as good as all the others. A group of 4 of us went for brunch on a Sunday during a holiday weekend and got on the waitlist on the way there. The time estimate was very close to when our table was ready, and we were seated adn started looking over the menu. Both the women in our group decided they wanted a glass of sparkling wine - there were mimosa's on the menu, so our server just brought them each a split bottle of sparkling wine and charged us for the mimosa. We ordered our food and it came out quickly. We got a variety of breakfast dishes - I got the Healthy Turkey Omelete - always great! Lots of spincach and other veggies. I did substitute the potatoes for the tomatoes as a side. The potato serving was very ample, and they were hot and nicely cooked. My wife got the Breakfast Bowl - also a consistently good option. Fresh and tasty. The others in our group got The Superfood Bowl and an omelete. Everyone really enjoyed their meal - everything was fresh, hot, and flavorful.Service was very good as well. Definitely a great breakfast/brunch stop!

What happened?First Watch has always been a splurge for our family of 4. 5/2 we went at 10am. The quality had significantly dropped off. The pancakes were so dry my daughter used half the syrup bottle. Even then they were dry.The chorizo omelette was stuffed full of... of chili's. I did see a couple small sprinkles of chorizo but couldn't taste it at all. The dollop of sour cream was the size of a dime. About 1/2 teaspoon. Similar experience with the ckickenchanga. No flavor and a sliver of sour cream. Could not find meat or flavor. The potato's were pretty good. $70 for a party of 3. We were all disappointed. We won't be returning and now it makes sense why the wait was so short.

Love this location, the staff are great, super friendly and always engaging with customers! It's always super busy but there's plenty of seating. I've been here several times but this visit was a tad bit off. The week day chefs (Thursday) need to get the cooking of the potatoes down. This was my second batch half were burnt. Overall I still love it and will be back!

As a frequent word of mouth recommendation to this reviewer I have been to this location 2 times now. Service was fantastic both times. I could see that very few seats are undesirable. This time I had the pleasure of sitting next to a roaring fireplace on a cool and overcast Omaha morning. I love that food is locally sourced and seasonal. There is a mixture of food for those who wish to be health conscious and those who want to enjoy life in other ways. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the flavoring of some of the food. The first dish I ordered was a basic egg, cheese, ham dish with herbs. I expected the herbs to elevate or add the final touch to the dish. What I discovered was that the generic herbs was parsley. Wah...wah... To be fair, the potatoes were out of this world. This go round, I ordered a dish that I knew would have more flavor based on other ingredients and was not disappointed. So, would I recommend this restaurant? Absolutely! With the caveat that you pay attention to the flavors you are ordering.
