Finishing Touch Car Wash & Detail

What's not to love.. You drive through yourself if you're Covid concerned you never have to deal with another person. And it's a fun experience you can have in your car, bring the kids! Great way to keep your car clean.. they offer vacuums to and a trash area you do have to get out of the car and do it yourself but as far as self-serve goes the equipment to new it's nice and it's fun!

Inconsistent. Inconvenient. Inconsiderate. Twelve days ago I went to get a car wash. There was a cement mixer parked in the drive to the carwash. I called to ask if it could be moved. The nice lady informed me she couldn't ask. I went on to share my frustration with her: MORE THAN HALF of the times I'd visited over the last months I was unable to use the car wash and it was closed for cleaning, closed for maintenance, or now a cement mixer--during posted business hours. When a convenience item becomes inconvenient, it's time to change. I went home, wrote of my concern through the Anderson Mazda website, received the "we've received your email" email immediately, but never heard back from a real person. Sad. Repeated inconvenience. Twelve days without a response. I'd been a customer since they opened. I am a customer no more.

After hauling to dogs around for several months between the vet and the dog park my car was full of hair and paw prints. Bobby, the manager, was super accommodating and got me in for a detail the next day, he even dropped my car at my house after it was all cleaned up. The Finishing Touch team did an amazing job on my car! It looks brand new inside and I'm not sure the outside has ever been so clean! I've already made an appointment to have my husbands car detailed. Thank you to the finishing touch team, you guys went so far above and beyond and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be back for more detailing!

The detail part of this business is a complete joke! Paid hundreds of dollars and they left my explorer outside overnight! Not to mention you can see all the swirls from the buffing and they only cleaned part of the inside of my wheels - even after we pointed it out when we were supposed to pick it up the first time and they said oh i see what you're talking about, we will fix that! BS! We went to pick it up the next day as we told them we would and it looked exactly the same and the outside of my explorer was already filthy because they parked it outside even though there was PLENTY of room to park it inside!! DO NOT take your vehicle to this place EVER!!!
