FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

This is our local FedEx office now and we love them!We host a pub quiz so we do a lot of printing of quiz sheets, visual keys, etc - and they always come through with great quality prints. They've even been calling me when my print job is done so I know I can come grab it (I live one minute away, so I do appreciate that).This location has a lot of project stations where you can get things copied, blown up, or design a poster/banner/anything at their computer station and have it printed right there.We've also done some shipments through them, and they've helped with the packaging and insurance and everything, to make sure our items got there safe and sound!I'm usually not a big fan of FedEx as a delivery service, in general, as I've had quite a few issues with deliveries I've received from them. But this FedEx as a location is the exception to the rule, as the staff is kind and helpful, the store is clean and organized, and the printed products are excellent!

I went to your store at 740 N 114th St. Omaha, NE 68154 with my partner last 11/17/2024 @ 1:18pm, my partner is an American and I am an Asian. Your staff (Tall, fat guy) deliberately ignored me, he is only addressing my partner when he was asking questions regarding my package. I am the customer not my partner. He was condescending towards me. He made a mistake when he typed my home address, when I nicely said "that is incorrect", he said "well, that's why we have you check this". He was sarcastic! A simple, "i'm sorry" or "my bad" would have sufficed, since he made a mistake, not me, and I was being nice. He must not be happy with his life or with his job, that's why he is that way. I am sorry if he is going through something in his life. Nonetheless, he should NOT put his frustrations on your customers. I used Fedex before and I kept coming back to Fedex because your staff are nice, there are other facilities who can provide the same services as you do, so he should not be acting all high and mighty. I may be an Asian but I pay my dues and I never asked for freebies from anyone. Smart up, Fedex!

Really love this new location! Much easier access, parking lot that isn't full of potholes, and still in the same general neighborhood, so just as convenient as before. Always a friendly, very helpful staff. I was upset at first when I didn't see them at the previous location. Where did they go?? But Google Maps came to the rescue. They are just across the street from DJs Dugout and Toppers now. Highly recommend!

Fast. Professional and courteous. Easy in and out parking. Packed my computer up nice and neat!

Wow. Amazing. Fantastic. Only 82 more words needed. This new location moved from down the street next to Starbucks to the old Cub Foods lot. I have worked with the team here for quite some time and they are simply the best!
