They took great care of my clothes! Najma took care of me both times and she is a delight to work with. Thanks so much!

Great dry cleaners. They are real friendly and will work hard to have your clothes cleaned and pressed just the way you like.

My girlfriend and I took a pair of expensive raw denim jeans to get dry cleaned. Our initial experience was great - Sylvia took our order and she seemed friendly and gave us a gift basket with coupons and other small trinkets. Much to our surprise this initial encounter was nothing like what happened after we got the jeans back and they had shrunk. We called her and she said they would send it off to their 'experts' to determine if they could do anything about it. They determined that there was nothing wrong with the jeans and that it could possibly be 'the manufacturer's fault.' As to what that exactly means, we are still trying to figure it out.Sylvia treated us as if we were trying to extort money out of her, rather than customers who were understandably upset about a piece of clothing that they ruined. Instead of attempting to make things right, she spent the majority of her time telling me how it was impossible that they could have shrunk my jeans - despite the fact that they were unwearable now. Sylvia's primary defense was that they have never shrunk jeans before, in fact, she claimed that it was impossible for this to happen. A quick google search disproves this notion (poorly maintained equipment or improper procedure can shrink clothing), but Sylvia seemed pretty set in her mistaken belief. This makes me wonder if their alleged perfect record is simply them refusing to take responsibility when they shrink clothing or if it's a complete refusal to own up to the situation if this was in fact their first time shrinking clothing. Either way, I find this unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Sylvia told me there was nothing they could do about it, and when I asked her to take it to her manager to see if they could find a way to reconcile it, she said they would just say the same thing. Instead, she told me I should call them, even though they would just relay what she was relaying to me. After getting upset about her refusal or inability to make the situation right, Sylvia hung up on me.Since, I haven't heard from her or anyone from Fashion Cleaners regarding my jeans (which they still have in their possession) or even a refund of the initial $10 service charge - the payment we made that ruined my jeans. Browsing fashioncleaners.com I see a lot of mention of customer service and going above and beyond expectations. What I found at Fashion Cleaners was an initial good customer service experience, followed closely by one of the worst experiences I've had with any business. Based on this, I wouldn't recommend Fashion Cleaners to anyone I know, in fact I would actively discourage them from using them for their dry cleaning needs. If you have an expensive piece of clothing that you need dry cleaned, I would think twice before bringing it to Fashion Cleaners. Again, I have heard nothing back from Sylvia, and much worse I've heard nothing back from management regarding this. We paid $10 to ruin a $120 pair of jeans. I will never go back.
