This is a great example of great idea but poor execution. I dropped a coat off at this locker location with the expectation that it would be ready in 2 days. There was no staff present or even a number to call if you had questions, so I just decided to trust the process. I received a text message shortly after leaving my coat confirming my item was received and it provided a pickup date/timeframe. The text stated that my item would be available for pickup a few days past, so I ended up returning a day later. I went to the locker that supposedly had my coat, nothing was there. Weird. I tried again thinking maybe I was losing my mind..nope. Nothing. I checked other lockers nearby. All were unlocked and empty. At this point, I'm confused and slightly irritated. I check the website for a phone number. Nothing. I send an email and am told to expect a response within 24hrs. Fine. I wait, get a reply saying that my jacket was out for delivery..ok. I was certain I chose the option for pickup, but I confirmed that the address is correct and waited anyway. For 3 days the site continued to tell me that my item is out for delivery, but I never receive it. Finally, I am able to connect with an actual person who tells me that the locker number was incorrect and that I can come to a different location for pickup. Once I arrive, I was told that a manager switched my locker, didn't tell anyone and they were sorry for the mix up. This was thee worst experience I've ever had with a cleaning service and due to the lack of communication and difficulty it took just to speak with someone, I would NOT RECOMMEND. Like I said: great idea, poor execution.

I have never had a problem with fashion cleaners I will admit that they are a bit over price but they do take good care of your clothes. My clothes are my life because I always have interviews, presentations, dinners, etc. So it is important for me to have a good cleaners near by. I am very pleased with the work that they do and they have attended me very well the times I have been there.

My husband brought his suit here to be cleaned. When we walked in the building there were no employees to be found. We waited for 20 minutes with another customer before an employee finally walked in the door (meaning all customer's personal items were left unattended with the door unlocked and no employee). The employee didn't apologize for making us wait so long. After we picked up the clean suit and drove home, we noticed they forgot one of the shirts that had been cleaned so we had to drive back again to pick it up.
