Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff/doctors. I felt very well taken care of during my exam and received expert advice on how to proceed with my vision care. I'd strongly recommend this business to any seeking the best eye care in Omaha and its surrounding areas.

The optometrists and staff are all professionals; pleasant, caring, responsive, and will correct lens prescriptions if not perfect the first time. We've been going to Dr. Michelle for years and highly recommend.

My husband is the one that started to get his glasses from them. For convenience reason (I work at the same plaza) I decided to get mine here as well.Dr Dean Meyer is the one that helped me. He's very friendly and a very conversational person. I think it's because he's trying to avoid quietness but I don't mind at all They help to match the price for my with my insurance and assist me with some deals too. The front staffs are friendly as well.The only downside I would say is probably the fact that they are only open during Weekdays.

I recently had a terrible incident at another eye care provider, so I was looking to purchase glasses that fit into my insurance plan. I called and with little notice they were able to see me in 10 minutes. The women who were working this day were the most kind and helpful women. The other provider had my purchase option locked so we couldn't process it - they were closed for the day and the insurance provider couldn't change anything with my call - so they called and were able to get it resolved right away. I felt comfortable in the store, and I feel very excited with my choices. I am so glad I happened upon this place. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer.

I cannot recommend Family EyeCare enough. I've been seeing Dr. Michelle Meyer for 1 1/2 years. She is the most personable eye doctor I have ever been to. I wish all my doctors were like her. She helped get my eye inflammation under control and regularly monitors eveything. Going to her office is like visiting a friend. She is honest and tries to get me the best deal. I never feel like I'm getting screwed over. All the staff there are great, too. Highly highly recommended!!!

My daughter did get her glasses the same day we came into the store. The glasses look nice, they fit, she can see. That is the main thing. In an emergency, the only thing that matters. Now, what I didn't like. There was only Only one clerk on staff when we arrived. The lady ahead of us needed a lot of help, and the clerk was very patient with her and very helpful. The man next got good service and left quickly. By this point, we had been waiting for at least an hour. I have no patience and was sitting in the corner being grouchy, but quietly. Anne paid up and we were told we would get a text in an hour or so. After 2& 1/2, we just showed up to wait. There was a different clerk there, and after a while the original one showed up again. The original one called Anne up for service, and couldn't find her glasses, couldn't find the ticket, Looked twice. Finally, the glasses. The whole ordeal started at 10 AM and we were on our way at 3 PM. I recommend them if you need same day service.
