Family Dollar Stores

I like Family Dollar! They're very convenient for me, have great hours, & the employee's are very friendly! It's nice to see familiar faces in our hometown community. It is very convenient to go there! You can always run in, if your in a hurry, get your items, & be helped in a timely manner! Or you can just go there, take your time, and browse around. I am glad they are here, in Beatrice!

Our Family Dollar store has got down hill since the former store manager retired. I was treated with disrespect by an employee who was training a new employee. Then I was told that they couldn't (more like wouldn't) brake the bill I was trying to use even though I had spent over $20.00. I found both employee's attitude disrespectful, demeaning, and flat out repulsive. Since the former manager retired, there's always stuff in the way that should have been stocked and the employees are off doing whatever they want . Overall my experience with the Family Dollar Store where I live today was a negative 10 out of 10. I would not recommend going there.
