Family Bowl and Social

A family friend had a party booked for her son and his friends. When she called during the week to confirm m, the gentleman told her they would be good to go and she was on the books. When she called the Saturday, the day before the party, she couldn't get anyone to answer and the again on Sunday. We had to change the location to another venue in Beatrice, but they never called to let her know they couldn't accommodate her or that they won't be open. We also found out this has happened to multiple other people in the area. Very unprofessional.
