F Street Recreation Center

I have never visited the F Street Rec Center until today. Parking is very challenging but once you enter, the paint colors makes the building look fresh. A walking/jogging track is on the second floor along with the weight room and activity area. Downstairs, you will find computers and reading spaces. The weight room isn't bad, the equipment is plenty to get the workout you want completed. The staff are friendly and today, there was a strong Lincoln Police presence since they also help support the facility.

Cheap exercise facilities, gymnasium and room space for rent, indoor track, turf for outdoor recreation, and friendly staff.
