needed a new pair of glasses so I decided to try EyeOptics. The first time I had to return my glasses they placed my bifocal line too high. RETURN NUMBER ONE! The second time I returned my glasses I wore them for 3 days and had consistent headaches. The prescription was wrong. I told them my previous pair was much sharper. RETURN NUMBER TWO! I called and complained that the prescription is still wrong. I told the doctor it feels like I'm wearing someone else's glasses. RETURN NUMBER THREE! The last time I returned them I complained that I couldn't see anything beyond 10 to 15 feet. Beyond that everything was blurry. Frustrated after a month and a half of going back and forth, I returned them. I was told a refund check would be issued. That was mid November 2021. It's now the second week of January 2022 and I STILL haven't received my refund. Take it from me save yourself money, time and frustration. Go somewhere else.

I went February 2022 for my annual visit. I got my glasses with my new prescription and noticed it was off. I was told to wait two weeks to allow my eyes to adjust - when I went back they saw that yes indeed it was wrong. I waited another two weeks and when I got them back they were still off, again I was told to wait - in the meantime I suffered dizzy spells and nausea. After another couple of weeks - still off - I had enough and started wearing my previous prescription glasses and the dizziness and nausea went away. In May 2023 I lost my old glasses and had to wear the "off" pair and the dizziness and nausea returned. I called and asked if they could fix it and was told I waited too long, so too bad, so sad. They KNOW it's the wrong prescription but because I waited they refuse to fix their error. I was not in a hurry to return because the trust was gone. Not only will they not correct their mistake but after a certain time even if they know they erred they refuse to now correct. Avoid at all costs!

I've come here several years in a row to get glasses frames. My eye doctor is elsewhere, so I can't comment on anything outside of buying frames. I always like their selection of frames, they have nicer - high end things I like. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
