Dr Greg and all of his staff have been fantastic! I have been seeing them for over ten years and they have been nothing but extremely professional.

I arrived at 2 pm for my 2:30 appointment. I was told by my eye doctor's office to arrive early. At the door, I was treated rudely because my appointment wasn't until 2:30. I had to wear a sticker that said I had been screened. I got to the check in desk, and although they had me fill out papers at home, I was asked to give my entire SSN through a mask and a partition. I am sure everyone heard it. The ladies at the check in were rude. I don't think I saw any of them smile once. In fact, one of them was yelling at an elderly lady, because the lady didn't hear that the window was open. I sat in the waiting room until 3:15. I was taken back by a nurse who asked my birthdate, right in the lobby in front of everyone. So, now everyone knew my SSN and my DOB. The nurse who took me back was Hayley. SHE was the only one who smiled the entire time I was there. I was given the "cover one eye" test, taken to have some other computerized tests done, and put in another waiting room. I got to listen to the nurses at the nurses' desk talk about their weekends, their everything. At 4:20, I was the only person left in the waiting room. People who came in after me (to see the same doctor) were taken back before me and left before I ever got into a room. While I sat in waiting room #2, all of the nurses started leaving. One after another they grabbed their keys, sweaters, purses and went home. The nurse who finally came out to get me (at 4:35) said, "Mary." Then, she took me to a room, said, "this room. Doctor will be in shortly." She left the room, shut the door. No, "How are you?" "Sorry for the wait." Nothing. And certainly no smile. Finally, another nurse came in and took me to do the same computer tests I had already done. Then, the doctor came in, and asked the nurse to take my blood pressure. It was elevated, because by then I was so angry. The doctor told me I would have some additional tests where they would put some vegetable dye in my arm and take pictures of my eyes. I asked if I would be able to drive if they did this. The doctor told me I would be fine, it was just like dilation. I was taken to another room. I explained to the person there that I do not like needles and therefore I did not want to have them talk through the process. He looked at me and said, "I'll tell the nurse." I had no idea he wasn't the nurse. The nurse came in and didn't say anything to me. She made me put my face on the frame for the pictures, while she attempted to figure out where to inject. After 5 minutes, I said, "Are you needing to put it in a vein?" She said she did (why wouldn't you have told me that at some earlier point) and I told her I only had one that would work and showed her where it was. While she was injecting, the other guy was taking pictures. I had no idea what we were doing, as no one explained anything. I went back to see the doctor, and he told me that it was nothing that needed immediate treatment, and we would "watch" it. New appointment in 4 months. By now, it's 5:00. I went outside to my car, and the sun was blinding. The doctor was very mistaken. No one should drive after that. My pupils had been dilated at 3:00. I have a 40 minute drive from his office to my home. I struggled to even see if the stop lights were on, let alone what color they were. I could not see the speedometer in my Prius. I wore sunglasses, but it didn't really help. I drove less than 40 all the way home. It took me over an hour. I have an appointment in January. I won't be going. I won't step foot in that office again. Most horrible experience I have ever had. I understand being busy. But if I had been an hour late for my appointment, they would have made me reschedule and most likely charged me. My time is valuable. I took off work to go there. I missed 3 hours of pay to sit in that office to see a doctor for less than 3 minutes who did nothing. Where is the compensation for MY time? I should have been called and told he was 2 hours behind, and would I like to reschedule? No wonder the nurses aren't happy. I get having off days, but customer service never goes out of style, and it goes a long way when things are backed up.

I was 15 minutes late for my appointment because I wrote down the incorrect time. The woman at the front desk explained that my appointment was at a previous time; however, she said (in a very patient way) they could still get me in to see the doctor. I was called within 15 minutes, went through a series of eye checks by the clinician, saw the doctor and had my cataract surgery scheduled (within a total time of 1 hr 15 minutes). What a good first impression.

I had been seen by Dr. Chruscicki for several appointments and eye injections. After an eye injection visit, I developed redness, blurred vision, and watery eye. I called to report, they said to use eye drops. I told them IMust be seen, I arrived at clinic at 4:00 pm. He was furious, he came inLooked in my eye and said corneal abrasion and left!!! He was with me less than a minute! My husband was there, we were Shocked! I was very upset, angry and treated so poorly. Then he called the nurse to ask what I said. We LEFT, completely unsatisfied. Absolutely horrible bedside manner!I seen another Dr in group the next day who treated me for infection. Transfer my care to Truhlson Eye Institute in Omaha. This was several years ago, I was just going to let it go and move on, but now feel like it needs to be said!!

I had a stroke June 23 2020. My Neurologist prescribed a MRI. Because I had surgery for a detached retina by Dr Wood Bryan West required my records from Eye Surgical Associates. Bryan was given numerous excuses from Eye Surgical Associates on why my records were not available. The bottom line is no one there wanted to be bothered to look them up. I had a cat scan instead which is not as accurate as a MRI. Luckily my stroke was a TIA and I was discharged the next. If it had not be there may have been serious damage due to Eye Surgical Associates laziness and incompetence.

I have a question about my prescription and so I called them the receptionist transferred me to a nurse and she transfer me to a manager and they transferred me to a different nurse witch got me to the voicemail. So I left a voice mail about the question I have and I'm currently waiting for a call back witch I wont be expecting at all. They are great at doing the eye exam but when it comes to answering questions, looks like they need more work on that. Instead of transferring some one to 4 different people maybe transfer them once and to the correct person.

I rushed to get there 15 minutes before my appointment, as they requested. My name was finally called 40 minutes after my actual appointment time. This was just for the patient intake with the nurse. After this I had to wait for each test I needed, and then wait for the doctor. By the time I got done, it was 4 hours later for what should have been less than an hour long appointment. I went on a referral from my optometrist for something he cannot diagnose/treat but which he was pretty certain what it was (and should be able to be easily treated with steroids). The doctor he referred me to basically repeated the same tests I had done the day before, then said he couldn't handle it and referred me to a doctor an hour away (and I have to wait a month more with blurry vision to get in there). While the doctor was nice, and I don't fault him for not being able to treat me, it was a total waste of my time and money to go here. They are heavily overbooking and don't seem to care about it.
