Amazing eye doctor.... Beautiful offices ..Doctor is so great ...very thorough and personalized attention to all aspects of his eyes..Dean has gone to him for many many years...yet still remembered all his past exams! I highly recommend Dr. Tom Grange........He also can see him on a "medical" basis not just for eyes....(previously had a detached retina) I think I personally will switch over to see Dr. Tom!

I have been a patient at Eye Specialists in Bellevue and Papillion for years, and usually order my contacts from their optical departments as well. This year, I was eligible for a new pair of glasses through VSP, but working 8-5 makes it tough to get in and browse frames during normal business hours. This past Saturday, I came in right before closing to order some contacts, and looked at glasses while I waited for them to pull up my prescription. Mikaela (hope I spelled this right) asked if I wanted to try some on, and helped me pick out a really cute pair of frames that I wouldn't have even thought to try on myself. She went above and beyond the call of duty and stayed to help me order my glasses. I really appreciate her amazing customer service and great eyewear advice. I will definitely continue to be a happy customer of Eye Specialists/Fixations for years to come.#thankyouthursday

Omg. I had to get my daughter in for an emergency appointment because I couldn't get ahold of her normal eye dr. From the moment we walked in, it was nothing but judgment. Even the optometrist told us that we were taking away his time from his real patients. (Dr Grange) It was the worst experience ever. If I could have gotten her into her normal dr, I absolutely would have. Stay away from this practice unless you want to be talked down to from the moment you walk in the door. I would give zero stars if this was an option.

A big Thank You to Michaela for being so nice. One of My husbands lens fell out of his glasses this morning and I dropped by the Papillion location to see if they could be fixed. Michaela had them ready within ten minutes. She saved Game Day . Thank you again for your kindness!!Christy P.

I have had my prescriptions filled at Fixations for several years. As a person who loves glasses and have multiple pairs, I never ceased to be amazed at the selection of frames, both classic and modern. When I wear a pair purchased from Fixations, people actually stop me to ask where I purchased them. Most important is that they stand by their service. On the rare occasion when I get a pair adjusted, they are willing to work with me to make sure that everything is just right.
