I recently attended a lunch and learn hosted by Express Life Chiropractic, where I was disappointed by the misleading information presented. During the session, the staff claimed that a special offer would only be available to attendees and would not be accessible afterward. However, upon visiting their office, it was discovered a sign advertising the same offer still available to the public/new clients.This experience felt deceptive and has left me questioning the integrity of the information provided. Transparency is crucial in any healthcare setting, and I believe it's important for potential clients to be aware of these practices.I hope my feedback encourages Express Life Chiropractic to prioritize honesty in their communications, ensuring that no one else feels misled in the future.
