Express Jewelry Repair was recommended to me. I looked at their website, read some reviews and decided to check them out. An employee sat with me for hours helping me design my dream wedding ring. She asked questions, showed me examples and genuinely cared. They created a beautiful 3D rendering and an amazingly affordable price. Wish I could attach a picture. I had an intricate custom job and only one reference photo and they got it done exactly how I wanted. The people were super nice and they worked fast. everything you could ask for.

I had a modification on a new ring purchased somewhere other than this shop. I had my fathers ring added to my new ring here. There were some initial problems that snowballed into a major problem that was not Express Jewelry's fault. Mike stepped up when the shop that sold me the ring (won't tell you who, but their initials are 'Kay Jewelers") would not stand behind their product and honor their warranty. This guy went above and beyond to take care of not only the small issues that occurred, but also took it upon himself to fix the major issues that arose that were not their fault in order to make things right. Went over and above to make me happy. Will definitely return.

They were able to size my ring and get it back to me quickly. A stone fell out a few weeks later, and they replaced it for no charge. They really stand behind their work!

I got my son a watch for graduation and wanted it engraved on pretty short notice. They were able to accommodate and did a great job with the engraving with a quick turnaround time. I've also had a couple of rings sized here and they did quality work. Highly recommend them.

Three days ago, after purchasing a $1200 Movado Bold watch, Express Jewelry Repair (Oakview) attempted to hide damages to my new watch. Then their workers became very hostile towards my fiancée and I when we confronted them about the damages. First, i could not believe seeing a hammer being used on my specialty watch, then to hear Express Jewelry Repair attempting to lie about its ruin condition was angering, leaving me to think, "I trusted them and they tried to dismissed me like a $1200 blink of the eye slightness of hands. Thank God Movado is replacing my watch but EJR will never touch my property again. Thank you for the expensive lesson Express Jewelry Repair.

I made 2 rings bigger size. Rings resizing was good and prompt but it was little bit more than other jewelers. I paid $500 with tax to get 2, 14k gold rings resize. I guess good work comes with a bit of extra cost

They're great with cleaning jewelry, they did not mind a little extra cleaning on my late grandmother's pieces I brought in - They were patient with it and very friendly about it. They just wanted the end result to look good, no matter how much time. Thank you!

I love it when I can give a place top stars. Had them do two projects: sizing rings and then had my diamond ring polished and checked. Both times customer service was awesome and they were quick, did amazing work and superb communication. I really like knowing a place is trustworthy and will go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I felt their pricing was reasonable and they seem to be knowledgeable in terms of helping customers make informed decisions. I would not hesitate to use them again for any jewelry repair needs.
