Express Care Family Medicine & Urgent Care

They are a pretty nice family friendly place. It's run like a doctor's office and they do not charge minor emergency fees. So keep that in mind, if you're gonna compare them to a minor emergency center.

Misty the PA doesn't even deserve one star! Rude from the start and ended up as worse as it gets! Was currently in the process of switching my employees here for urgent care, but that will never happen!

I really like having the express care/ urgent care. When you can't get into a regular doctor you can just walk in if you can't wait. All the nurse practionars are wonderful. They will spend as much time as you need with you. If you have questions on anything they will take the time to listen on what you have to express. What I really like the most is they don't beat around the bush about what is wrong with there patients. They are all so friendly. I have seen probably all of them in the last 3 years.

They now are a stand alone clinic. I took my whole family there recently to get our flu shots. It was easy and quick. I didn't want the kids to miss school and the Peds only had day time appointments open. This was easier as mom and dad could also get their shots! We made it a family event to teach our kids about health and taking care of yourself by getting a flu shot. Staff was friendly and nice. Their new facility is also very clean and professional!

This place is in the Super Saver at Cornhusker and 27th Street. I ended up there on a Tuesday morning and arrived at 8:40 AM, 20 minutes before it was to open, so I could be the first in line to be seen by the nurse practitioner. When the nurse practitioner had not arrived to open the clinic by 9:05 AM, I spoke to the pharmacist, who said she had no idea where the NP was. I continued to wait until 9:15 AM or so, when the NP finally showed up. She commented to herself on having to try different keys to get the door unlocked being "weird," then went in and arranged things in the clinic for 10 more minutes. About 8 minutes into that time period, she came out and apologized to me for being late and gave me paperwork to fill out. I could have taken care of it at 9:15, or even BEFORE if the pharmacy had been given a copy of paperwork, if this NP had been organized. The service I received was adequate for the purposes, and I got out around 10:00. If I showed up 15 minutes late for work and I had a patient in the waiting room without paperwork who had been waiting for me the whole time, I would probably be reprimanded. I've had way more organized and timely service elsewhere, but at least I got the medication I needed and it worked, so in that regard, I'm satisfied.

Only one more person in the waiting room when we got there. Filled out our paperwork and got seen quickly. Everyone was super friendly. Highly recommend. We had been to a different urgent care down the street and the waiting room was jam packed with two people in line in front of us. Decided to risk the poorer ratings at this place, but I don't know why the ratings are so poor because we had great service.

My husband was seen immediately. The staff was professional, courteous, caring, thorough and helpful. Dr Larson even called at the end of the day to see how my husband was doing!!

I wouldn't even rate this place a star! Doctors are not very well educated and seem to do very little for patients. It takes forever and you only seem to meet with someone for a few minutes. I wouldn't waste your time or money going to this place!!

I have been to this clinic a few times. The service is always fast (I usually call ahead) and the nurse practioners are all great and really care about you. Wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Horrible place to go. They took all my money out of my account so I was not able to get my medicine. They double changed me then told me they did not. Had to spend an hr on the phone with my bank and make calls to there office. If you pay for your health care insurance and have to pay co pays I would not go here
