On Nov. 22 I purchased magazines to be sent to an organization which houses homeless children. I wanted to help the magazine seller AND Catholic Charities, so I bought $180 worth of children's magazines but mistakenly wrote the wrong address. I called next day and no one answered. VM (Customer Service, option 1) said leave message for return call. I told them I needed to change the address of the charity I was donating the magazines to. No one called me back. Tried again days later (11/25) & no one responded. Called again on 11/30 & left another message. No one returned the call.I called on 12/2 & 12/3 & left messages on Option 1. No one called back. On 12/4, Jennifer answered the phone & told me the paperwork was not in but should be here by Wed 12/9. I called on 12/11 and no one answered or returned my message. I tried again on 12/14, 12/15 & 12/17. Left messages that no one returned. On 12/18, I pressed option 2 (which is SALES, not Customer Service), and miraculously, someone answered. I was told the paperwork was still not in!!!!I called again on Jan 4 & went to voice mail (option 1). I left a message: no one returned the call. On Jan 6, I called & pressed Option 2 (SALES), and Jennifer answered! Guess what I was told??? PAPERWORK STILL NOT IN!!!! What's interesting to me is Jennifer DIDN'T ONCE try to console me, didn't try to defend her company, and when I told her I would contact BBB & go viral with the fraudulency of her company, she did nothing to work it out!

Like a few of the previous reviews, I too purchased a couple of books to be delivered for the next 2 years for $180 total to my grand children and so far Nothing. I wrote a check to what looked and seemed like a professional polite young man who was dressed accordingly back in November of 2017, once I got lucky and spoke to some one by the name of "Jenny" (liar) who assured me that I would get my money back and that I only needed to be transferred to the "verification department" which after about 1000 rings, it was answered by a recorded voice to a substance abuse center, asking me to press the correct number pertaining to what ever substance I was addicted to. WTH! at this point, I dont believe I'll ever see neither my money nor the childrens books I ordered for my grandkids. Shame on you. I have notified the proper people including my financial institution.

If there were no stars, I would of selected that. I wanted to help the very charismatic sales person that came to my door. I was impressed with the young man's story and wanted to help him succeed. I bought 2 magazines that were clearly overpriced to help the young man. I NEVER GOT A SINGLE MAGAZINE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. When I call the number listed on my receipt, there is no answer. I even stuck up for this man when police car pulled up to my house to see if he was bothering me. Little did I know he had been hateful to my neighbors when they declined his offer. It's just sad that you try to help people and they take advantage of you.

These are door to door magazine sales scam artists. They "sell" over-priced magazines that apparently never come. Nearly $200/yr for a subscription! They make it nearly impossible to cancel with a very short window to do so. They don't answer their phone.
