What a lovely consignment shop! Much bigger than I expected. I love how the price drops by date - so the longer an item has been in the store the less it is. The employees were absolutely so sweet and helpful. This store is also very organized and clean which makes shopping there more peaceful than the average. From what I saw, the jewelry was quite a bit overpriced, but they do have sales throughout the year. I'll definitely be adding this store to my rounds when thrifting.

It's hard to walk away without purchasing! They take mostly higher-end clothing, accessories and shoes in excellent shape. They are very discerning. It may not be the cheapest consignment shop but it's likely the best.

I love consignment stores, and I make a point to visit one or two on vacation. I was pleasantly surprised to find Esther's---it was a little hard to find at first (the entrance is in the back of the main building), but I was glad I made the trek.I was immediately greeted with a hello and, when I said I was new, the store owner gave me a brief tour of the clothing sections, which is so incredibly helpful---sometimes it can be hard to find things you want. It also allowed me to start from the back and work my way to the front---the back housed a few "last chance" items while the front holds most of the more popular brands: YSL, DVF, Dolce & Gabbana, etc. No, this isn't Goodwill---the pieces are hand selected and usually designer, but it's still a great bargain because nearly all of the items looked brand new. I scored a Joseph Abboud cream dress (which I think was originally a men's blouse, but looked great as a dress), a simple long-sleeved White House/Black Market black dress, and a Society for Rational Dress grey blouse with a blue silk tie. All were in excellent condition, and I spent about $70---not bad for three great finds. (I only wish I could've fit in that pink Christian Cota dress!) Since we were traveling, the store owner was nice enough to find better hangers for me to use in the car, and she also offered a few must-see places for us to visit while we were in Omaha. Overall, a great shopping experience, and great clothes!

I do really appreciate the fact that this consignment store sells many nice things. The store does not smell like a thrift or consignment store either! I mean, it's really a hidden treasure. You can find every name brand you could think of!The problem with this store is their customer service though. Going back to the first time I ever came here, about 8 years ago maybe, I was lucky enough to meet the owner. She was definitely one who knew how to treat each and every customer.Fast forward to yesterday, not the same customer service. My sister and I walk into the door, no hello. We said hello to the lady at the register helping a customer but did not get a response. Oh well. Maybe we looked trashy? I was wearing a t shirt and sweat pants. I guess. We walk around for a little while and I find a could things. I wait around for someone to help us because I wanted to see something in their case. Finally, we get help.I chose to purchase the Tiffany bracelet in the case. I then proceed to ask the lady if they ever sell LV or Burberry bags. She said, "yes, we do but you'd have walked right past it because it's not your typical Burberry and their over a thousand dollars". I said, "you mean like mine?" Then, this lady began to be very nice to me since I already had a Burberry bag!I will say, however, the owner's daughter who is now in charge of the store is very very friendly. I took home the bracelet I bought from the other lady and my husband studied it compared to a necklace I have. It was not real. The "new" owner let us return it and she pulled it from their stock. If I could come here and guarantee that the owner would be there to help me, I would probably come more often. I just think their customer service should be more consistent. They do have really nice, quality stuff.

I don't get it. One employee was just straight up rude when we came in with possible consignment stuff. The selection is ample but for a spot that purports to be high end and ever so fancy, I was surprised to see stuff from Target's featured designer lines, as well as just very... basic... stuff. The prices seemed a little high for the brands, but everything did seem to be in very good, clean condition.Maybe I'm just not the target demographic but rude staff and high prices for unremarkable stuff seems like a solid 2 stars to me. The only reason I wouldn't say one star is because the woman who dealt with sorting/acquiring clothes was personable - um, once she realized my Mom was a friend of her friend. Really? It's not THAT hard to be cordial to unaffiliated randoms, is it?Cheers, ladies, enjoy your overpriced uneremarkables and sour attitudes!

Their Hours are a little unpredictable if you just have an impulse to stop by and check out the latest merch. Great Location at 78th & Pacific. Designer quality is the name of the Game at Esther's, Have seen a lot of High quality Top Designer life time garments and accessories in there, usually about 15 - 20% more than you would pay if you really shopped around on the web. But that is the value of actually seeing and trying on the items. Owner is a Graceful Tasteful woman of class and cool professionalism, however, some of her part- time female employees can be surprisingly rude; like customers are a real bother to them.

I love this store!I found both labels that I knew and those that I did not know that soon became my favorite. The store is a little hard to find watch for the white wooden sign that has their name on it, along with other shops in the back. It was so much fun to bring in clothing I no longer wear and consign that so that when I shopped I had a little money in the "bank" to pull on when I made my purchases. Lots of fun shopping there and the ladies were helpful in picking out outfits. We're moving out of the area and I will miss this store!
