Escape Lincoln

We've done dozens of escape rooms around the country and the Baker Street room here is probably the second worst we've ever done. It was such a bad experience that we cancelled our reservation to the Alice in wonderland room tomorrow.Flaws: The musical puzzle was ridiculous. You need to know how to read music to solve it. Who would ever think that's a good idea? The answer is CEDE I hope this saves you from having to use a clue.The directional lock is sticking. We got the correct answer and it took FOUR tries to get it to unlock because it's sticking. This room legitimately put half of our group is a terrible mood for the rest of the evening. So sad because escape rooms are our favorite family outing! Hopefully you try a different room and enjoy yourself or they fix the flaws in Baker street.

This place never disappoints. We've been here half a dozen times and never had a duplicate puzzle. Every room is unique. Good location too, you can have a dinner date and walk to their building. Employees are all great too.

Four of us Escaped; we booked a Tuesday afternoon (odd work schedules) outside of their normal times and the booking process was super smooth. When we arrived, it was clean and very cozy feeling. The staff member (I can't recall her name, I'm so sorry!) was super friendly and welcoming. The room itself was well done and the puzzles were adequately challenging! A fantastic time all around! We already have a plan to go back for a different room in 3 weeks!

We went as a group of four and we would go back in a heartbeat. It was fun to do something brainy and creative on a Friday night instead of the typical dinner and drinks. There were different kinds of clues to work through and a word to the wise if you use readers- bring them! Two of our party left to use the restroom and two of us solved a puzzle while they were gone! Fun. We received three clues via walkie-talkie and we Escaped

This was SO MUCH FUN!! And what a challenge! Great team activity that you can complete in 90 minutes (60 in the activity) start to finish.

I would highly recommend Escape Lincoln! I wanted to use the escape room as a secret proposal--I reached out ahead of time and the staff was more than accommodating! They offered a specific time that was not even offered online, hid the ring in the final part of one of the rooms, paused the time so I could pop the question (he said yes!) and had a little goody bag at the end which was very sweet! We also beat the room which was just icing on the cake! This was my third time we had done a room and all of them have been very engaging and challenging without being too disjointed regarding clues or time consuming puzzles. Perfect balance!

Great place to see all the creative pieces from people all around the world. Great store concept. People were a little friendly.

We did this over Christmas break with my family and had a blast! They were very responsive to my emails prior to booking and the staff was extremely nice and helpful when we were there. We highly recommend Escape Lincoln and hope to do another room when we're back in town.

We did two rooms the first room was stranger things. We had a good time in this room and finished with 6min remaining. The second room we did was the horror room. This room had several issues at one point the attendant had to come in because the lock wouldn't unlock after entering the code. Also when we got stuck the clues given were not helpful. But the worst was the stopped the game with almost 7 min remaining. When I told them we still had 7min the girl that came to get us said oh the clock must have reset. But we seen when we were leaving another group was waiting. I think they rushed out so they could get them in. It seamed like they were short handed and one person was trying to run several fames.

Awesome experience! I've been to plenty of escape rooms and this staff was the most friendly I've experienced! They were very informative and comforting towards inexperienced and/or scared players. The entrance and feel of the business was spot on for ambience and the extra board games and misc were great. I'd definitely recommend especially the Antarctic Investigation board game.The room and experience itself was exciting! Definitely was hard at times but kept your attention and was great fun. It also paid homage to the "Strangers Things" show in an awesome way! I'd definitely recommend that room 10/10 except that there were some obvious mechanics that could be messed with by players that would ruin the room play so I highly suggest hiding them better. Also, some live wiring and cords were too visible and easily accessible that immature or naughty players would definitely mess with so I'd suggest some way to fix that issue so they don't ruin it for others or cause the business issues. Other than that, it met all my expectations and hopes. Hats off to them!!
