Our "Go to" place to get batteries replaced on watches, as well as jewelry repairs/modifications.The whole team at Erwin's are very friendly and provide you a different level of service compared to those big brand stores.An awesome local business in Olde Towne Bellevue.

Went in to see if they could sided my bracelet back together but $30 seemed a bit much ..so I opted to not use there services..she recommended going back to where I bought it..we asked if the could repair a Rolex watch and were referred somewhere else..a little pricey for me..nice little shop ..staff was nice ..

Went in to see if they could fix my watch but they sent me somewhere else.. Small place but friendly sales associates ..great when you need a quick gift for someone special

I went back to Erwin's and showed them the rings. They agreed to refinish the rings and had them ready by noon the next day. They did a much better job with the rings this time around. Not the same condition as I dropped them off but at least it was close enough. Still, when I consider the cost of $300 I did expect a lot more. But at least they tried to make it right without any hassle.

Best customer service at a jewelry store you will ever encounter. Staff went above and beyond expectations for my daughters graduation present. Thank you!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.This staff was incredibly rude to me and my family yesterday, 9/16/20. They rolled their eyes, acted annoyed with our questions, rushed us out of the building, and even locked us inside. We were never given the respect and kindness we deserve as paying customers. We are very disappointed! I cannot believe the horrible customer service we received. We cancelled our order before even leaving the parking lot. Please speak to them about what it means to treat people with dignity and respect. They have lost out on hundreds of dollars of business because these staff members chose their own needs above ours.

I went to Erwin's Jewelers a few months ago to replace a battery for my watch and repair a broken necklace chain. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The cost of service was inexpensive. Great local business that I am more than happy to support.

I have purchased several pieces of jewelry over the years and quite satisfied with the service Frank and his staff provide. More recently I had broken a retirement memento which was not replaceable. Frank offered to repair the item at not cost to me. It was the main rotor assembly from a model of the helicopter on which I worked for many years.That is service way beyond the call of most business ventures.

i love this place... the people are so nice and they explain everything to me when i was looking for a ring. i love going there to get my jewelry clean and fixed. Erwins is just fun in general to go to and look around. i definitely recommend going there.

Frank Kumar is the most honest businessman you'll meet. He is honest and completely trustworthy. They have high-quality gems and jewelry; my favorite is a unique selection of scarves and inexpensive jewelry I don't find elsewhere. I highly recommend Erwin's; I don't go to another jeweler.Grace Schmidt
