ENT Specialists PC

I didn't even get through the front door. I was referred to ENT Specialists, P.C. by my trusted doctor. Unfortunately, my first and only experience with them was very brief. I called in to schedule my initial appointment. I was greeted by a really rude receptionist. I didn't get her name but I was turned off because I thought if the front office staff treat potential patients or their current patients like I was treated I was in big trouble. It is bad enough I was really sick and I needed to be seen. Begrudgingly, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment.After hanging up, I thought about how poorly I was treated. I thought to myself do I really want to see Ms. Grumpy face to face? Do I want to be treated like a doormat? I decided I was so sick I didn't want to be treated that way.I called Ms. Grumpy back. I canceled my appointment. I bluntly told her she was very rude. I didn't give her a chance to respond and I hung up. Now if I was her, I would be nervous I treated a potential patient/moola so poorly. I would have called the person back and apologized for being so rude or coming off as rude. I had really hoped I would hear from her. Nope. Ms. Grumpy is just that grumpy and rude.Good luck to those that decide to put their trust in a medical environment that is supposed to be caring and loving! I wasn't feeling the love!
