Emo Flooring

Customer service (Jackie) was horrible. Her lack of communication with customers needs some serious review.Carpet installer did a terrible job. He was in our house for 2 1/2 days and never clean up anything and made excuses for almost everything we ask him concerning the installation. They destroyed our woodwork and suggested that we should have KNOWN that this was going to happen. Say what? They also suggested that we (homeowners) were responsible for the repair of the woodwork (baseboards) that they destroyed. I would never recommend this flooring company to anyone. I would agree with the review from Heather K.

Hannah was very helpful with the process of product selection. If I was just rating her, it would be 5 stars. However, the installation process was quite the opposite. He was very unprofessional. The very first day he was to start, he was over an hour late than I was told he would come. He brought in the materials and said the flooring was too cold that it needed to warm up before he could install it. When I questioned him about that he said he had another job he had to finish up and left. I had to call his manager who had him come back and at least remove carpet and do a little prep work. When he came back, he was very angry and rude. His communication skills were nonexistent. He didn't want to answer my questions and made some very rude comments. The next day went similar. Over an hour late and left because he didn't want me to say anything about that even though he had a lot to do to make up for the first day. He said he was leaving and went and sat in his van. Again I had to call his manager to get him to come back inside to do his work. He made the atmosphere in my home very uncomfortable. If I was ever going to use this company again, I would first make sure this man was not the installer. I will say, the manager has been very good to answer my questions and follow up with me.

I didn't hesitate to use EMO Flooring after seeing the beautiful job they did with the floors in my mother's high-end townhome. They installed our wood floors last year in our kitchen and entryway and we love them so much we're ready to do more of our home. They were very responsive, the job was done well and quickly, and their quote was very reasonable. I couldn't be happier.

Not easy to work with, installation is not the greatest.I have to add to this review because I get more angry every time my sock gets snagged on the broken pieces of flooring they used when they installed our floor. Hate this place.
